From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The front desk person was incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which immediately set a positive tone. Their friendly attitude and professionalism made everything feel easy and comfortable.
It’s always refreshing to be greeted by someone who truly cares about helping and making guests feel valued. Small interactions like this make a big difference, and it really stood out during my visit.

I don’t usually complain, but I’ve had issues here every time I’ve ordered — whether it’s through the app or the drive-through. The coffee is often made wrong or items are missing. It’s just frustrating because it keeps happening.
I feel like if a small local restaurant made this many mistakes, people wouldn’t return. I just wish there was more consistency.

Seems like I got stuck with the “I don’t care” crew once again at this location. Cold fries, no dipping sauce, and no napkins. This was 10/9/2025 at 5:30pm. It’s always hit or miss at this location.
BTW, I echo same comment as another reviewer:
“Seems to me your more worried about hiring inclusion instead of hiring people capable of doing the work — sad. Absolutely no one in America wants a translator to order there food in English if you haven’t figured it out.”

I came here at 10:00pm. It is absolutely disgusting inside the building whereas all the table are dirty, trash on the floor, food on the tables and floor, and overall an unsanitary place to be. My food took a very long time to be ready and it wasn’t even good. They got my order wrong after literally repeating it. This place is trash and would probably never come again.

Food took surprisingly long time to come out but that was wholly forgiven when we had the freshest, well-seasoned fries and nuggets. Color me surprised to say I was impressed by fast food actually delivering on a forgotten promise of quality in a timely manner.

I am a frequent customer here as I work right up the street, and it has been getting more and more awful at this place. Just Got really sick from a raw burger I was served, luke warm and pink. Noticed after a couple of bites.

Worst McDonalds ever. They never put sauces in the bag that I PAY FOR with delivery so I’m stuck with dry nuggets that no one wants to eat.

Started taking our order, and then literally stopped talking to us and told us they were closed when we pulled up to the window. Weren’t even willing to share any of their left over options that they were clearly going to throw out. Pulled up at 11:50 they close at 12. Wouldn’t have been as bad if they didn’t start taking our order at the drive through.

After a concert we thought we would avoid traffic by walking here. Wrong! Everyone walked here! The staff had a line out the door for an hour but handled it like – well like it was their job! Kind, courteous, fast service. Very impressed. Need to mention that they kept those bathrooms clean with a constant flow of people.
