This location has reached a level of incompetence that I honestly can’t ignore anymore. I ordered two hot macchiatos through the app, extremely simple,
and was handed two iced macchiatos, both made completely wrong. This isn’t a one-time mistake either; this happens constantly at this store.
It’s beyond frustrating at this point. The staff consistently fails to read the order, follow basic instructions, or deliver what was actually purchased. If a customer can’t trust that their order will be made correctly, what’s the point of using the app or even coming here?
Management seriously needs to step in, retrain the team, and fix whatever is going on, because the quality and accuracy here are absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered 20 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. she passed me the bag I checked for the sauce and there were none. I ask her nicely for sauce and she laughs in my face and walks away hoping I’d leave. I stuck the bag out my window til she came back and told her to check. Again laughed and walked off. Finally I get her to give me sauce after asking for the manager multiple times and this was her response .. in the presence of my 4 year old btw. Tried to follow up with manager following morning and they weren’t in again. You call the location no one answers. Honestly disgusting and she should be fired. I have video footage too.

So I am reading here a lot of comments of bad service but don’t see cooperate doing anything about it yesterday I Oder and Oder from mobile pick at 3:40 am and I get there at exactly at 3:59 and she says something on the speaker I don’t understand anything she sayings she can’t speak English and am not racist because am Spanish my self but my people got do better you got a second chance in this country that I really was born in ! any ways just to find out they can’t give my Oder and simply just says why didn’t you get here fast enough first of all I work and there’s a reason why Oder it before time so when I get there to just pick up so she says wait 10 mins I can’t look at your Oder you can’t Oder so I say no am not ordering am picking up she says very rude you got wait ten min I said ok then well I dosed this a while ago she still says I told you you got wait not letting me even explain my self so I wait just to find out and to be said to bad come faster next time but the way it was said very rude and bad customer service but it seems like in the comments that it’s that same lady corporate got to get out of there and replace her with someone that would give good service and speak English well

I recently swung by the McDonald’s on Canal Street in Salem, and I was seriously impressed with how fast their drive-thru is! I barely had time to adjust my playlist before my order was ready. The staff were super friendly, too, which made the whole experience feel nice and welcoming. I grabbed my usual favorites, and everything was hot and fresh. It’s a perfect pit stop when you’re on the go. I’m definitely going to make this my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a quick bite!

It’s ridiculous how they are not able to just put everything I ordered in the bag, every time I place an order something is always missing and so I have to waste my time and my gas going back to get what was missing, not to mention that when I finally get to home my sandwiches are cold for the simple fact that they NEVER CAN DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. Unbelievable.
As if that wasn’t enough I just got home to eat my sandwiches ice cream and I see they didn’t put a hamburger in my big mac that was supposed to come two.

By far, the WORST McDonald’s on the North Shore. The employees are rude, at best. They neglected to put my 6 year old’s apples in her Happy Meal and then straight up said we were lying when we said we didn’t get any apples. 3 different employees refused to give us the apples after we asked for them and then threatened to call the police when we said we weren’t leaving without the apples we PAID FOR. One employee even told me I would “have to pay for the apples” if I wanted them. To say that the employees here are rude would be an understatement.
