I am disabled and I have alway’s placed my orders on the app for pickup at the counter and my brother picks it up for me. 1/29/26 I get a call from my brother on speaker phone listening to the manager in the background telling him that he cannot pickup my mobile order for me that I now have to be there personally with my phone to show proof? This has never happened to us.
I sent my brother the screen shot of the meal I ordered with the code.should have been enough it alway’s worked. Neither of us could barely understand him and it started to
really stressed my brother out.
If my brother showed him the order with the code it should have been more than fine, But unfortunately it was not. I told my brother to just leave and I will cancel the order. That Manager should probably get better training. If the owner reads this please know I have been coming to your location for over 25 years never had an issue like this.

I just got scammed and this McDonald’s I ordered a number 7 with taxes should’ve been like around $10 almost $11 they charged me $15. I asked for a shot of espresso it wasn’t add and after going through the drive thru still had to get out of my car to get the milk and sugar I asked for. Start scam.

I have been to this mcdonald’s numerous times, each time hoping it would be a better experience (it wasn’t !) They seem to constantly mess up orders,forget things, and seem very irritated when they are told they messed up your order. The nuggets ALWAYS taste like they are 5 days old and have been sitting out. To me it just seems like there fryers are never working because every item on their menu is always dry and never crispy like they advertise it to be. Yes it’s mcdonald’s i’m not expecting high end 5 star food from here but it is dissapointing when i’ve spent 25 dollars on food for myself and family and it’s never right nor taste good.

Worst of all McDonald’s. They can’t understand English. Get the orders wrong. They all look like their half asleep. But plz….learn English. How did they properly get thru the hiring process?
Go to Beverly, Danvers. Newburyport, heck, even swing up to Seabrook. But do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time going to Rowley just to get the order wrong because of lousy communication.

I ordered 2 quarter pounders 1chicken sandwich 1fri and 10 PC nuggets and 2 drinks.$36.00 later they forgot 1quarterpoundrr when we arrive home both quarter pounders were raw not even close to being done there was no sause and the nuggets were definitely reheated and dried out and nasty. Most of the food ended up in the trash. This is not the first time I have been disappointed at this location but it will be the last I will go hungry before I go there again.

Ordered 2 hashbrowns, and 10 pieces of bacon, only received 1 hashbrowns and 5 pieces of bacon. Wasn’t provided any chance to dispute my order being given incorrectly.

The food is fine as long as they understand what you’re ordering (they don’t!!!).I ordered an iced coffee hazelnut with cream and she handed it to me and said decaf black. I went inside to not hold up the line and told her what I wanted and still didn’t get the right thing. And that was after waiting 10 mins because no one looks at the counter. Train your staff!!!

On numerous occasions they have forgotten any combo of the following in my drive thru pickup: entire sandwiches, entire condiments, French fries, chicken fingers, happy meal toys, desserts. This was the last time I’ll go there. Too many times have had to deal with sad kids at dinner. And trying to get refund is torture.

They just did something really ILLEGAL and UNSANITARY. They gave us the wrong size fries but I touched them and ate one. My husband went back in to get the correct size fry so they gave him the large fry and took the wrong one out of bag and through it back in where their fries are made. This is one of the most expensive McDonald’s around.. their hours are incorrect and they always mess up orders.

11/22 my visit occurred at 5:15 pm. After ordering and eating my meal I ordered an ice cream for the kids to go. This is when I noticed the employee who was taking out the trash with no gloves on return to the restaurant and immediately head right to the back where he started eating fries from the boxes sitting there. He then proceeded to pack the same fry boxes he was eating out of into someone’s order. He continued this activity for 3 consecutive orders.
Never did he wash his hands. If you ordered through the drive through at 5:15 on 11/22 then hopefully you don’t get sick from the fries you were served.
I’m hoping the manager sees this. I plan to contact Rowley board of health. The manager will see this if they go to their tapes. I have a video of this but you can’t post videos on here
