The doors were locked before 5:30. Went through the drive thru the lady taking the order took it wrong the kid at the window couldn’t fix it. Also couldn’t answer us why we couldn’t get a soft drink for a kids meal. Nearly threw the change at us and dropped all the jingle change. It was a hot mess and it sucked having to tell my 6 and 9 year old they couldn’t run in and use the bathroom while I ordered!

I ordered 2 McChickens and 2 McDoubles, paid for all 4 sandwiches and got zero McChickens. Proceeded to call several times and got ignored, went through the drive thru again and they were closed early. Called while i was sitting there, watched the worker inside pick up the phone and click it off.

The Big Mac was devoid of anything between the top two layers of bun. The rest was a jumble with some ingredients missing. The Filet of Fish was okay but the cheese was a bit dry and didn’t even soften from heat of the fish. Very disappointing.

Rt 133 on tewsk/Andover line…terrible you guys win, you can’t get simplest orders correct. We’ll avoid this McDs everytime. Its confidently located but yest AFTER paying we were asked to wait for out order (move to pickup spot)…after 15 minutes of sitting in car my wife went back in?!? Mgr said they got it wrong and will redo it…they had NO INTENSION OF BRINGING OUT ANY ORDER. No one was in drive thru line what was delay? CS is a thing of the past…good luck

No matter what day we come here they ALWAYS get the order wrong. My husband has a food allergy, we asked for no onions, guess what? Loaded with mf onions! Imagine that. They then gave him another that they threw together, it was cold and the cheese was still hard and cold. I get that there’s a pandemic and everyone is short staffed but please don’t try to kill your customers who have food allergies!!
