What can I say? It’s McDonald’s. Fries were good. Big Mac was a mess. Dining area needed some cleaning and so did the restroom. We survived the experience.

Normally I would not take the time to review the already famous well known place with the Golden Arches…. but this place is a little different than most. The decoration is unique with an international welcoming atmosphere, with multiple country flags being represented. The furniture is quite possibly the most comfortable of any fast food place I have ever been in. And the customer service was great!!! Our food was even brought to our table with a smile…completely different from what a McDonalds is know for

I didn’t get half my order. I had to go to the counter and ask for it, and they acted as if I was making it up. A man ahead of me was also having trouble because they were out of fountain soda completely. You can get free refills on fountain soda, but you can’t get free refills on a bottle of water. He had a bottle of water because there was not any fountain soda but they told him he could not get a refill,as in a second bottle of water, for free.

I took my daughter there to enjoy there new play place. First they messed up her order twice those kinda things happen no big deal however going to play in the play area there was a mcflurry spilled all over the steps I cleaned that. Then as she goes to go down slide a hole drink was spilled down the slide. I went and talked to the ladies up front and they were super saying they would clean it right away. They came to clean it but the play area had to close down so they could. Customer service was great. I’m not sure if I missed it but there should be a cleaning log up for them to log they checked it and when it was cleaned it last

The staff always seems overwhelmed. Had to wait around for them to notice me just to ask for a bbq sauce . At one point I heard one of them ask about the people up front and the other guy responded with something along the lines of that drive thru was a priority. Which I agree with from my days working in a drive thru but as a customer it kinda hurts.

Fast service, food on par with other McDonald’s. Speakers were coming in real low or the drive through worker was speaking softly. Made it hard to hear which slowed the order process. Other than volume issues with their speakers their drive thru speed was about average for others in the area.

Fries and nuggets obviously had been thrown back in the fryer and then mixed with a couple hots ones. The fries were so hard you could hear them when you snapped them in 1/2. Had to get to airport. No time to wait around for fresh. Plus at that point I wouldn’t trust them to give me fresh since They were already dishonest about the first meal. Never stop there again. Disgusting!! And very disappointing.
