This location can’t be 24 hrs. I’ve stopped MNY times on my way to work at 4am, and I don’t see anyone. I’ve sat at the drive thru for a few minutes and even yelled “ hello”, and no one answers. Last time I stopped was a few days ago. I sat at the drive thru and no answer for 5 min.. There is a huge sign saying (24 hrs)… yet no one answers. I don’t get it.
If the owner is reading this your employees are sitting and looking at their phones at night. Everyone assumes your closed because they’re getting paid but hiding in their not answering.

Absolutely sucks that you were not open tonight!! So many cars circling the parking lot. Such a failure of a publicly traded company to not offer food for sale to the community on a holiday. Major failure and loss of revenue to the corporation. Will remember this the next time I choose not to go to this location!

Employees were on their phones and not helpful. A small line began to form as one employee worked the counter. All sanitation stations were empty. I just wanted to order a medium fry and be on my way. After waiting another 10 min I left.

First time eating chicken Big Mac. Turns out it looks like this. Taste ok but too lazy to put it together. And CDC said there’s E. Coli outbreak for quarter pounds burger glad it’s not hospitalized but will avoid McDonald as possible.

I never write reviews for anything, but the service I got at this location today was bad enough where I think it is warranted. I placed a mobile order and sat in line at the drive thru for about 25 minutes, which is understandable for it being 1am. Nobody spoke to me at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. When I got to the window, I was told they hadn’t even started making my food and was told to go back around again. Mind you, I had already sat in that line for quite some time and it barely moved. And then to top it all off, I was refused a refund and told to go back around. Never going to this location, or any McDonalds location again. Not only is it wicked expensive now, but the service is absolutely terrible.

Came in for a early lunch while waiting to meet a friend with my daughter.
Service was friendly and quick, they also did table delivery, possibly because it wasn’t busy but that was nice. Bacon ranch salad was fresh and crispy and kids meal came out with all the right things which usually doesn’t happen in other locations. Plenty of seating and clean too.

I don’t eat here but my kids gather here often with friends ages 10 to 13 and the staff is very nice to them.

It was awesome going through the driveway tonight and having the drive thru attendant say that she will not accept a tip from me, though she claimed they typically accept tips. It was weirdly suspicious. We got the feeling they had done something to our food so my family and I decided to not eat our meal due to her behavior.
