Horrible service. Do not go there! I was there on Wednesday 11th around 10:20 pm. I ordered a fish fillet sandwich and they messed up my order on purpose. I paid more and received something I didn’t ordered. The individual hand me the order and I knew something was wrong. Unfortunately I saw it when I got home.

Fairly average McDonald’s. I had to stop here for something quick to eat and everything was fairly normal and the nuggets were okay.
In the area it was also the only place that had WiFi and phone charger/outlet which I desperately needed since I was kind of lost and my phone was dead. They let me charge my phone with no hassle.

Made an online order during normal operating hours, only to find out the restaurant was closed and still accepting orders. I immediately tried to refund my order, and was denied multiple times because they were “making my order” despite multiple signs saying they’re closed and the doors being locked. My money was taken out of my account and there is no implication that I will get my money back without disputing the charge with my bank. Absolutely terrible experience.

Very disappointing staff and food.
We did a drive-thru. The lady who took our order did understand and put half oder. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times for her to understand.
We ordered the snack wrap spicy one and oreo mc-flurry.
There is a short built Mexican lady that works there. She prepared our order and totally messed it up. On the wrap there was no sauce and for Mc-Flurry, she just dumped soft serve ice cream and put the tiniest amount of oreo on top of it, so basically she doesn’t even know how to make Mc-flurry. We drove back to ask them, this time the guy came and said the machine is broken.. wierdly enough he said he will make it again and the Mexican lady started YELLING and did a TOTAL MELTDOWN IN HER LANGUAGE. although we don’t understand their language but it was clear that she was saying it to us. I think the management should take proper action about these issues. Totally waste of money on this mcd. Mcd needs to investigate issues like these where their staff are EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and needs to give PROPER TRAINING to them so atleast they know how to prepare food items of their menu.

Went to get mc flurries and I wanted to use my app and asked if I could apply the points. The young woman I was speaking to was short, rude on top of being hard to understand. I understand it gets late and their jobs are tiring but that is not an excuse to disrespect a polite paying customer. The food and payment was alright but the attitude was absolutely horrible and I would not want that same person again or wish for anyone else to be serviced by her.

The Burlington McDonald’s took 15 minutes to get me my three cookies, which is way too long. They did give me a bonus fourth cookie, but only two were hot, so that was disappointing. To make things worse, they were out of all soda and didn’t even mix my McFlurry. Overall, a really frustrating experience.

They messed up my order, but they quickly fixed my order! It was probably the quickest any McDonald’s or any other fast food franchise has rectified a mistake.

This McDonald’s sucks. We go because it’s close, but they can never get the order right. This has been an issue for many times, they need to get it right. We won’t be returning to this location, it’s just a waste of money at this point. It’s making burgers not rocket science.

Well I started going to McDonalds back in 1972 . The portions have gotten tiny while the prices have quadrupled!! A double cheese burger is $4.00 and there is nothing to it. The Filet o fish is 1/4 the size it once was and is now $6.00 I will never eat at McDonald’s again. !!!EVER !!!!
