The mgr at Montvale Ave very sweet, polished and professional woman said she was from Guatemala. She helped us with our orders and had someone bring it to our table and was very pleasant when I asked some other questions.
This McDonald’s is great I tried to leave a message on the phone number on the receipt but as usual no one answers cuz franchise owners don’t care. But the employees and managers always care. It shows because they always do a good job and they’re well-trained and supervised. Top shelf six stars

The food I received tasted great but I just didn’t expect to receive just a top side of the bun! That after a ten minute wait in the drive through. But the people were professional and I’m sure the job isn’t the easiest. I will give it another chance!

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. The food is usually fresh, the fries come out hot most of the time, and my order is made correctly. The employees are generally polite and work hard, even during busy rush times. The dining area has been clean when I’ve visited, and the drive-thru moves at a decent pace.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the wait can get a little long, especially during peak hours. But honestly, that’s expected anywhere when things get busy.
I appreciate the consistency and the effort from the staff. It’s become a reliable spot for a quick meal with the kids, and we’ll continue coming back.

Extremely disappointing experience. An employee (Marcelino) made offensive and homophobic comments about me in Portuguese, thinking I would not understand. I felt disrespected and unsafe. Completely unacceptable.

The employees are fantastic given how short staffed this location obviously is. The drive thru is manned by a single person juggling orders, payment and handing out orders by themselves. That causes the line to be backed up almost all of the time.
I’m sure the employees get verbally abused by impatient drivers for something that is no fault of their own. I always leave feeling so badly but impressed by their ability to juggle everything at once.
Big shoutout to the young gentleman working the drive through tonight around 11pm ALONE. He was SO sweet and polite even though he was running the entire show by himself. RUN out of there!! SHAME on the franchise owner. If you can’t fill the staff appropriately, then you have no business running a high volume location!!

Worst service and food of any McDonald’s I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. They can’t even get mobile orders correct. Hiring people that speak and understand English enough to do there job would help but I feel they leave the food out way too long and still serve it. Management is obviously 100% to blame here.

WHERE’S MY FRIES???
I recently went to the McDonald’s located in Woburn Massachusetts and ordered their new special Minecraft Big Mac meal! I ordered two of these Minecraft Big Mac Meals for $30! First of all the price alone was ridiculous! I don’t know what McDonald’s is thinking but I can’t imagine any Burger Company charging $30 for two Big Macs and two fries!
Anyhow when I looked inside the Box I noticed it came with a medium french fry however they filled it up barely halfway! In essence I was getting a medium box filled with basically a small amount of fries! I decided to bring this to the manager’s attention at the restaurant and rather than saying, “I’m sorry it’s our mistake let me get you a full set of fries” he decided to argue with me instead! I have no idea what happened to the motto the customer is always right but apparently he was unaware of that as a manager!
This is not the first time this happened at this location! I noticed when it gets really busy there they are not keeping up with the fryolator! So what is happening is they’ll make a basket of fries and then divvy it out so everyone is getting a Small Fries regardless of whether they ordered a Medium or Large! Therefore, if you order a large Fry you are getting a small fry and same holds true for the medium fry as well! They never fill up the fries like you see in any of the pictures in their restaurant! It’s a complete rip off!! Also another excusethey use is that the fries are measured by weight but when you see the person working the fryolator French fry section they fill the fries by hand with NO SCALE IN SIGHT! IT’S ALL FRAUD AND BS!!!
Anyhow I will never give this McDonald’s Location in Woburn, MA my business again because THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THE QUANTITY OF FOOD IS MINIMAL REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE YOU ORDER BECAUSE OF THEIR FRAUDULENT & DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!
