Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. I had to wait a long time. When I got home, I discovered the order was wrong: I ordered double burgers and received single ones, and one was even incomplete. I tried contacting the restaurant, but it was impossible to reach anyone. I request that someone from McDonald’s contact me to fix this issue and provide a refund.

The staff is extremely rude and most of them don’t understand simple questions. The food is ok but not worth it, the mcchicken tasted like it had been reheated more than once, they dont follow instructions what so ever (ask for no pickles or onions, there’s somehow extra). Their soda machine never works and is always a mess, some of the drinks taste chemically.
Bathrooms are absolutely horrid. Not recommended as a good McDonald’s at all.

Within the last year, this McDonald’s has majorly gone downhill, especially the last 3 months. 2 times I went in the last month, it took almost an hour to get my food and when I did receive it, the fries and nuggets were cold. It wasn’t even busy, drive thru had 1 or 2 cars and there were 1-2 people in store. I recently did an online order for breakfast for drive-thru way before 11am when breakfast ends and they wouldn’t given me my food. I waited 5-7 minutes for someone ahead of me to order their food, then waited for a worker to asked for my mobile order number. Once I gave it, it was 11:03 and they told me it’s past breakfast and they can’t give me my order. I explained I was here well before 11 and did a mobile pick up but had to wait 5-7 minutes for the car in front of me/drive thru attendant. They told me to come to the first window and then told me the same thing and that I will get a refund. I said the same thing and asked how will I get a refund and the person said that she didn’t know and to go to the second window for the manager. I then waiting a few minutes there and they moved me to a different window. I sat there for 20ish minutes and the manager never came out. I never got my refund and will now have to dispute the charge with my CC company. As a pervious McDonald’s employee who use to work the breakfast/lunch shifts, I am very well aware of the policies. If you order your food before 11am, they still have to give you your breakfast order. This is complete bullshit and awful customer service.

Just had coffee. I noticed that they rounded down and kept three cents. I wonder and should of asked if it was four cents would they have rounded up and gave me a nickel?

I ordered a value meal, the lady only gave me the sandwich and tried to charge me $5 extra for a meal that cost 7$. Horrible service I lost my appetite it’s a language barrier and she not great at understanding English or speaking ️ but is operating the drive thru. You will never get my money again.

If you want to be well attended to quickly, just meet Isadora.
Instead of waiting for someone to serve you at the counter, you just need to call their name and you will be served quickly, and very well attended to.
She knows how to treat children well, which makes me even happier as a mother.
And better yet, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Worst fast food in town, awful service. I’ve had to do charge backs because mobile orders never arrived or never were fulfilled. Staff never checks on folks waiting for mobile orders. They prioritize the drive thru and the elderly ordering at the counter.
