Completely wrong order and total lack of attention.
I clearly asked for LETTUCE on my order, paid for it, and the burger arrived with NONE at all. This isn’t a small mistake — it’s a basic ingredient. It shows zero care and no order checking before delivery. If you can’t prepare a simple order correctly, you don’t deserve a good rating. Very disappointing.

I don’t do McDonald’s, but I like going for the vanilla cone, or specific toys or current promos. Current promo happening they aren’t supplying you with everything. Boxes of food and drinks are missing stickers. Other than that we had a problem with when they input the wrong number for out food and kept blaming US even when THEY had my phone and read the number themselves. It was solved at the end, but did not like feeling like I wanted to make their lives harder. Other than that, they are fast and usually have okay fries (which also $5.39! Wth)

Very bad experience overall.
The food was not good at all — poorly prepared and disappointing from the first bite. On top of that, the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Customers deserve better service and better food than this. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I ordered 2 Bigmac meals with large fry and large drinks. I ordered because I wanted to get the monopoly pieces. This is the second time monopoly pieces were missing from my order. Both large drinks did not include monopoly pieces. On top of that, the meals were very sloppily assembled. The big Mac was sliding apart as I was trying to eat it. I went to grab napkins from the bag and there were no napkins either. Thank you mcdonalds for the horrible service. I will most definitely be going to the other mcdonalds in town in hopes that they don’t have this issue.
P.s. the first time I ordered and didnt get a monopoly piece I had ordered the quarter pounder and they didnt even have the boxes with the stickers. They had plain regular boxes and when I informed them of the issue of the missing pieces was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do. I had asked another worker if I could just get the big Mac boxes with the stickers so I would atleast have the missing pieces and the manager got upset and told me this time he would give it to me but next time he wont. On the app it clearly states what product come with monopoly pieces and this store does not seem to be stocked for it.

Picked up breakfast items for work this past Sunday. It was alot of food and it was all ready for the time it was promised. The 3 women there that got it all ready and helped bring it out to my car were very kind and helpful. Awesome job! Thank you so much.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
They forgot part of my order the first time. I went back, reordered, and guess what? They forgot my McChicken AGAIN. This place can’t get even the most basic order right. No attention, no care, no responsibility. It’s pure incompetence from start to finish.

Very uninviting, all machines. Slow, the higher ups treat the employees like dirt forcing them to rush around like crazy to serve crappy people in a crappy atmosphere It’s not inviting to sit in at all huge awkward long table in front which is so weird right in front of the weird kiosk that they force you to use.

Everytime I go to this McDonald’s I need to repeat my order 2-3 times just so they can understand simple English, then they still find a way to mess it up. Seem to be missing my eggs, hash brown, biscuit. This is always a 50/50. This place is terrible the only way they get it right is if you can order in spanish. Don’t get me started on lunch, if they get the order right, god forbid you ask for ketchup for fries, or sauces for nuggets. The workers think you can make 3 sauces work for a 20 piece, and apparently 2 ketchup packets for a large fries. Here’s a picture of my watered down large orange juice too. They did correct the orange juice though I had to drive back but orange juice is worth it.

It feels strange reviewing a mcds because you assume they’re all the same, but this one really is exceptional in every way. I go more than I like to admit and every single time the staff is very friendly and extremely professional. My order is never wrong and the food is always well made. You can tell that management takes pride in their work because it shows through each one of the employees. All this is a personal problem for me because I probably wouldn’t go nearly as much if this wasn’t the case.
