I went to get some lunch today. The staff was very friendly. I asked for some big mac sauce on the side and they didn’t have the cups of sauce like they usually do. So instead, they gave me some sauce in a side container to enjoy. It’s that kind of effort that shouldn’t go unnoticed. All the food was fresh and hot. Survives solely on volume not satisfaction. Almost every time we drive thru the order is wrong. Always have to pull up to the waiting window and watch up to 10 cars get fed before us. Stop accepting this as the norm for faster food.

There must’ve been a change in managment because everything has gone downhill here, regardless of the size of your order you’re looking at a 15 minute wait minimum and they forget things so often I’m starting to wonder if its a game to them. You can forget about communicating with the staff once you place your order because only one employee can speak english, so unless you hit the lottery and get your order correct the first time you’re out of luck. Theres a burgerking down the road that while subpar seems like a 5 star restaurant comparatively. Luckily this mcdonalds seems to change hands every couple years so maybe it’ll get better some day.

I ordered a meal delivery my daughters and ordered 2 mcflurries so they could each have one. McDonald’s in Hudson only packed one Mcflurry and refused to fix the issue, being rude and disrespectful the whole time. Don’t order here. I would rate it zero stars if possible.
