First of all it took 12 minutes to receive our order after being told to pull up to a waiting spot so we don’t run their order timer up. Secondly this location serves the grossest and most disgustingly greasy breakfast, see pictures. Floppy hash browns dripping in grease that fall apart when you handle them- and look at the bacon they put in your sandwich. For a $30-$40 order we are super disappointed eating what we can from it

This place is awful in every way.

They’re always extremely slow no matter the time of day. I have been consistently asked to pull forward while ordering 3 items (sandwich, fries, drink) ahead of time on the mobile app, while being the only person in the drive thru. The order is often wrong, cold, missing sauces, napkins, straws, or a mix of all of these.

The employees are typically rude and unpleasant by default, and if they cook up an excuse for as to why they can’t fulfill your order, which is often, you’re the one who has to jump through hoops to get your refund.

I don’t go to this place anymore, the staff just ruin it completely. Unsurprising that almost all the other reviews complain about how bad the staff are.

Instead I drive ten minutes further to the location in Westborough even though this location is two minutes from my house, because the staff are friendly, quick, and know how to follow instructions.

I’ve literally never just refused to go to a restaurant in my life but this is the first one. Embarrassing.

This place is the epitome of fast food. The workers are awful and extremely rude. In the drive-through to showcase, they are achieving times that they truly do not, they ask you to move forward. If you ask for any kind of sauce, they will not put it in the bag and they will make you go inside. None of this is that awful except for the fact when they get the only item you ordered completely incorrect. This is a complete waste of money, go to any other location or better yet, Wendys!

Ordered #7 meal with a coke, add xtra pickles. Got a sprite and no pickles, no cheese, nothing except burger and bun!! Kid took a bite and didn’t eat the rest because they couldn’t even make it the right way. we had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for it to be walked out to us! Do better

First time using this McDonald’s in a long time. They messed up my order, which is OK, the guy behind the cash register was very nice. They quickly realize the mistakes that I ordered two cheeseburgers and not two coffees.

They had me pull up to the number one spot. I wait for a while, then I head in, the gentleman was nice enough to hand me the bag and apologize again for the mistake. I opened the bag in the car, it was still wrong, but I couldn’t wait any longer, and I just left.

I just don’t get it.

The foods great but the service is no good the constantly get code info wrong and blame the customer resulting id lost money and my time explaining… the manger is rude when shown mistakes as well

I went inside, placed my order and then returned home. Upon inspecting my food, I saw something that looked like a bite size piece missing from the patty! I returned the food to the store and got a hold of the manager. He told me that it was from the food sticking on the fryer and the spatula caused that piece to break off. If that’s what happened, then they should inspect the food before serving it to customers. I include pictures here to show the issue and what it’s supposed to look like. I suppose what really happened will be a mystery.

I demanded a refund and had them remake my order. I don’t write negative reviews but this was something worth mentioning and I urge the franchise owner to look into this issue. General warning: (1) check your food before eating/leaving and (2) if there’s an issue report it to the manager. The manager did a great job to resolve the issue, I give them a generous 4 stars for understanding and fixing the problem.

They have a decent play place but kind of small. The air conditioning is broken currently. The app wasn’t working, the staff tried to help but could not complete my order. Food took a very long time. Had to order manually at register even after online confirmation of app order.

This place gets the order wrong about half the time. Lower your expectations.

Also, they give out the wrong, old happy meal toys to get rid of old stock. Just happened.

You want details? I asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and got a big Mac.

is this a large ice cup, Every time I order macchiato without sugar, it is added every time. This time, because of the bad service attitude, I can’t stand it anymore, I have to change. The waiter told me that macchiato must have sugar, thinking it was my first time to McDonald’s! I hope McDonald’s company can manage it properly! Work attitude!
