I just wanna write a review about McDonald’s in Sturbridge. It’s great there. I always have a great experience, but this morning was exceptional. The manager who I don’t know her name came out to give me my soda because they were helping a person in front of me! She went above and beyond! This was Friday 1024 2025. That helps to know who the manager might’ve been! Thank you for all your great service.

The dining room was supposed to be open, but it wasn’t. All of the chairs were upside-down on top of the tables. The orders made for burgers and fries came to me ice cold and stale. It was neither hot (as required), nor was it even lukewarm. It was simply gross. As someone who has worked at McDonald’s in my life, I expect a lot better from them.

The food was ok but the place smelled like old burger grease. Considering the area of the place and the amount of traffic it sees daily, the dining room should be cleaned more attentively to look welcoming/presentable.
The restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Either hire more staff or have your employees do their job.
Service was relatively quick and pleasant considering it was right after dinner time.

My buddy took this picture. I was supper grossed out knowing this is where my kids want to eat. This place is gross. The service sucks. And ive aten here about 3-4 times, every single time ive had hair in food. Even my frys!!! Should replace this mcdonalds with something else ASAP. Completely GROSS. Never eating here again. Thanks.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. There were absolutely no straws, lids, or napkins at the time of my visit. There was trash all over the floor and all over the tables. The staff was nonexistent. I was very disappointed. I know this is fast food, but I still expect to be able to eat in a clean environment. I addressed it with a supervisor today and she told me it was like that because there were a couple events in town and they were busy. When I was there there were a half-dozen teenagers there, but that’s it, and they were allowed to wrestle and crash into furniture. I was disappointed with my visit there but I was even more disappointed with the supervisor’s response to the information I gave her. My visit was Friday, January 26th 8:30-9pm.

Again, I’m not a crazy McDonald’s review person. I come here when I’m traveling and need emergency food – crazy weather today too, needed to get out of the crazy rain. Sadly chicken nuggets were hard and rubbery and the fries are tasting a little chemically these days. I’m guessing it because I hardly ever eat fast food and when you don’t you eat McDonald’s blend of vegetable oils, including canola, soybean, corn, and a small amount of hydrogenated soybean oil- you notice that it’s not quite beef tallow. Friendly staff and clean. (I rate fast food on a fast food level, not actual restaurant reviews…)

The cashier wasn’t super helpful had to insist & ask for my receipt, the young girl excused us of taking an extra $1.00 large Frie , we all used our McDonald’s App , to get the $1.00 large French Frie, we all payed for our food ,they almost didn’t give us our order. They weren’t calling out orders, they should have been calling out the orders ,it was dead inside the restaurant.

It’s McDonald’s. Doesn’t matter how hard they try the store is not clean. The people that work there are rude. And worst all the prices are still going up. Go somewhere that will charge the same price but you’ll get better service and food.

The manager was working the drive through and she was on it! Super accurate, fast, and nice. Food was hot and fast. She was just super competent – I had to write a review. Even the ice coffee was perfect which usually never happens. I think her name was Alexandra or Alessandra – the morning of July 6th – great work!
