I would give 0 stars if I could for service at this location now. For a mobile order, paid in advance by 10-15 minutes, why am I parking for my food?! Absolute incompetence and a fake apology.
I have things to do and places to be. The management must be different now. Don’t try the mobile app because if you prepare ahead and are too busy, they still make you wait.
Adding insult to the injury because they didn’t let it set from grease, now I have this (see photos). Completely stuck to the packaging.
They did replace 4 of the hash browns but who’s to say this won’t happen again. I am still in disbelief about ordering ahead and still made to park.

One of the best McDs I ever visited. Great, friendly people. Spotless, ultra CLEAN tables, floors and bathrooms. Large eating areas. Outdoor seating. Children’s play area. Handicap ramps. Located in a nice clean neighborhood area, next to a gas station and across from a large BigY food store, and others. Plenty of parking at this restaurant, as well.

This is the best Play Place at a McDonald’s in our area that I know of. There are 2 closer but this one is bigger and better maintained, totally worth the drive. I do wish they had bothered to number the tables in the play place like they have them numbered in the main dining area. I like to bring my child here if it’s too hot, too cold, or bad weather outside. We usually meet friends there, let the kids play for a few hours while the parents get to hang out and chat.

Ordered pickup 20 minutes before arriving at the store, would’ve been better off sitting in the line of 8 cars at the driveway as my food didn’t come out for 25+ minutes after arriving at the store. Would recommend you take your money somewhere else or just cook at home. The slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced.

My girls (8 & 9) love the play area here, but the service is usually terrible I’m sorry to say! There always seems to be either not enough staff on shift or even when there does seem like plenty of help, they take a ridiculously long time to complete orders. Just yesterday we ordered two items to go for my son who wasn’t with us at the time. He wanted a quarter pounder with cheese only & McCrispy plain. Well plain usually means nothing on it, but they added pickles despite the label right on it that said plain. Glad I checked before leaving. Please pay more attention staff! You should get what you pay for. Simple mistake maybe, but happens far too often for us customers. It also shouldn’t take 10+ mins for fast food I’m sorry. We had a number & sat down at a table awaiting our order, but it took so long I had to approach the counter to ask for it because nobody brought it out, even though I could see it sitting on a tray behind the counter. I was told they were still waiting on drinks, but that should literally take two seconds. Needless to say, they have lots of room for improvement. Speed & accuracy of orders specifically. Friendliness however is usually evident at least. Just could use some more staff & definitely a bit more effort. I will compliment the cleanliness as we almost always notice someone cleaning whenever we visit.

Big Mac was cold and missing a patty. Manger rectified the problem immediately. Second Big Mac still cold! why can’t they serve hot food here. Other reviews state the same thing over and over. I rarely come here this is why. Save yourself the headache drive 5 minutes up the street to Dairy Queen and get a hot delicious burger.

My husband comes here at least twice a week, our kids love the happy meals. The drive – thru associates are fast and friendly. Unfortunately, when he gets home, some food is missing. This has happens almost every time. One time we were missing an order of fries, the next it was nuggets. We still come here, because it’s close by, I just wish we got what we paid for.

Drive thru window…asked if drink was included in meal. They said yes. Then they charged extra for drinks. Worker said, when we complained, ” it’s included, but there is an upcharge”. Don’t want to waste more time, so they win.. (your rent is 1500 per month water included. Then an upcharge of 300 added for water..that seem right?)

As soon as we parked and got out, we found the parking lot smelled like raw sewage, and the second we walked in, the overwhelming stench of urine hit us. The play place was decent, but it was dirty with food spilled on the floors inside the toddler area and a drink spilled on the steps to the slide. The surfaces looked as though they hadn’t been wiped in 10+ years. The room it is in was also about 20 degrees hotter than the rest of the building, making it really uncomfortable. On top of that there were flies everywhere, constantly buzzing around and LANDING on our food.
Then we went to the bathroom. Dear lord. The smell was so bad I almost lost it. It was somewhere between horrible diarrhea and rotting flesh.
We stopped here on our way to the coast, but suffice it to say we will never stop here again no matter how big the play place is. This McDonald’s was absolutely DISGUSTING and the health department seriously needs to do an inspection.
