The service was good. They were fast and had everything ready. I got a cheap meal and some burgers and everything was great. Have been coming here years and years and I’ve never had an issue, outside or in. I rather prefer the old interior of McD’s and some of the old amenities but “they” decided to change it and it’s ok. Comfortable. But I normally go through the drive thru and eat on the go or in my car when I’m at this one. But they do a great job here.

I used to stop here once a month for an appointment in the area and will never visit again. Today especially reminded me why I stopped coming to this McDonald’s specifically. They seem to hire people who lack basic comprehension skills/they genuinely seem to hate their job/usually giving us extreme attitude. I have even seen them dismiss and be cruel to the elderly, though it isn’t surprising. (This isn’t a matter of perception, it’s a pattern). Today, the gentleman at the speaker was focused on something else and had to have the order repeated many times (I give grace in case someone is a new hire/learning etc) He simply wasn’t listening or they need a new speaker system. He initially greeted us, then ignored us a good 2 minutes…then came the repeating part. When we went to pay, I had asked the woman at the window to please make sure he got the extra chocolate milk had ordered/make sure it’s on the receipt. (We usually get juice in the happy meal and i purchase a chocolate milk just in case…because kids change their mind) She looked at me as if I was crazy and asked me to EXPLAIN what I “meant by that”. It felt like I offended her I didn’t know any other way to explain it… but tried anyway. When she finally realized what I meant, she dismissed me as if I did something wrong. I remained nice but was excited to get our food and leave. Once we finally got my daughters food, we realized they didn’t even give her French fries in the happy meal and a drink was still missing. It’s irritating that these places are over priced and they still can’t get one order right, nor be pleasant at all. Ever. Last few times we went, you can tell the fries were stale, the employees are miserable and just don’t care about the customer or their job it seems. They almost always treat the customer as if they are interrupting something/shouldn’t be there. It’s not a welcoming environment. I tried calling a few times to give them a heads up about the missing items and you can never get through… I understand these are younger kids working at these places, but they are so rude and I consistently only get half my order. When we as humans grab these terrible food choices, or eat out for the experience/convenience…we shouldn’t be treated as if we are a bother. They need to check their hiring process because there’s a reason this location specifically has a pattern of recklessness, rudeness and negligence to the customer. Why be in food service if you lack the skills necessary to be good at your job? If you are irritated by customers, whom you NEED their business…to even have a job? Especially with the prices the food is at, you should hold yourselves to greater standards of behavior. I will be going to Chilis instead

Warning, especially for small children.
We would not recommend chicken nuggets from here. They now have good size bones in it & sadly there’s nothing they can or will do about it. There’s been other people before us that have had encountered the same situation. The cashier stated that unfortunately it is from the company where they order from & have no control of it. No refund or nothing will be given except for the fact that the cashier will let management know. Management is very well aware of the chicken nugget situation. If ordering any chicken nuggets from here, one must be very careful no matter the age. Unless something severe happens then seek professional help & or see an attorney. Best of luck to other chicken nugget lovers like us. We’ll never order that from here again.

Since Christmas, this location has gone downhill—orders are getting mixed up, and tonight around 7pm (1/06/25) the hamburger wasn’t cooked properly. I called to report it, someone picked up but no one responded. I hung up and called back, and the female who answered sounded like she was high and mumbling.

Extremely annoyed and aggravated because I have had issues multiple times with this location during breakfast. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and I would place my mobile order between 10-10:15 and once i arrive (usually at 10:34 or something) they tell me that they can’t make my order because breakfast is over even though I always place my order before breakfast ended. On the app once you drive up and tell them your order number the app automatically thinks you got your order so it’s impossible to get your money back so I’m just out the money. This has happened multiple times. Whenever they tell me they can’t make it they never offer me anything else to replace it. If an order is placed while breakfast is going you should complete that order.

This locations tends to be very busy, so I can understand the wait times and occasional order inaccuracy. However, I get concerned when I get home with a burger that looks undercooked.
If it’s pink at a causal restaurant, I’ll chow it down but I don’t trust it at a fast food chain.

I recently ordered carry-out from McDonald’s and my overall experience was quite average. The food quality was decent, earning it a 3-star rating. The service, however, left much to be desired, receiving a disappointing 2-star rating. The atmosphere at the restaurant was underwhelming, earning just 1 star. The lunch menu provided a reasonable selection, and the prices fell within the $1 to $10 range. On a positive note, there was ample free parking available on site, including 10+ parking spots with handicap accessibility.

10:30 am, Wednesday morning, Jan 25. Stopped by to grab lunch , lunch starts at 1030 so everything should be fresh. Empty lot , one person in drive through infront of me. Obviously not busy at all. Ordered my food , was told to pull up to the wait window, fine no problem, switching over to lunch so nothing is ready yet. 10 min later I get my food, get back home, 2 min down the road, food is cold and I’m he buns are stale. Not fresh at all, and no cheese and no mustard was ordered, and that was failed also. Complete incompetence this early into lunch is a bad sign all around. I’d give negative stars , but the cashier was a nice lady

I’ve had repeated issues with this McDonald’s location. Almost every time I place an order, something ends up being incorrect. One ongoing frustration is that I always order a plain hamburger for my daughter, and somehow, they can never get something as simple as that right. It’s a basic request, yet more often than not, the burger comes with toppings we specifically asked to leave off. On top of that, communication can be difficult, as many of the employees don’t speak English fluently, which makes resolving these issues even more frustrating. I hope the management steps in to improve order accuracy and ensure staff can effectively communicate with customers, because my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing.
