Ordered inside around 10:10-10:15. Waited 15-20 minutes for my order. Multiple people celebrating as they’re leaving their shift. A to go order was put up and taken away by staff during my time there because they never showed up. Someone in a plaid jacket checked on other seated guests as he left, also celebrating. I get shift changes happen, but this was unnecessary.

There is so much wrong with this place. The counter was not manned. The order was incorrect food and drink. The replacement food was cold. I have had this place on suspend but gave it a try today. Nothing has changed. I’m out.

Refused to take my order at 8:22pm on NYE claiming they were getting ready to close soon!! When their website said nothing about closing early and I placed my order on the app. Do a better job at communicating with your customers when you choose to just close a 24 hour store!

Went here on December 1st,2023 with family my 1st time eating here. One of your staff members ( Gabby) , who doesn’t usually work at this particular location, who works in the Lemonsiter McDonald’s location. Was working a shift there that night we came! Gabby was outstanding and beyond friendly, had great customer service skills, and we definitely felt welcomed by her and a few other staff / workers there. The restaurant was pretty clean and the food was warm and not to bad , tasted pretty decent. Wrose part of this trip after Gabby and the other young girl who was working aside her left there shift there ,”manager” which wasn’t there regular ” manager ” instantly the workers got loud and annoying and the ( manager on duty that night was loud too)

I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Was told, “we’re out” so I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. The loud sigh & the tone of his response, he was obviously aggravated. He very rudely snapped back “I did just tell you we are out”. I told him, you didn’t specify what you were out of.
This was 7:44 am, biscuits ….. with about 3 hours of breakfast to go, they were out of biscuits! I ordered a McMuffin & a hashbrown. Paid and THEN I go to the pick up window & the girl was holding my order. I figured nice quick hand off except, she was very confused that I did not order a drink. I assured her that I had not. She just stood there (still holding my order) looking back & forth between me and the order screen for almost a full minute. I get it, 45 seconds isn’t very long but, explain that to the cars behind me who’s drivers were obviously not happy! Thankfully one of them beeped their horn and it seemed to startled her just enough to finally hand me my order!
The only thing I can say about experience…..WOW

I’m not going to say this about the last time I went cuz I was actually surprised by all the times before my last time were awful there’s not one English-speaking person that works there they always get my order wrong I have to ask them six different times for just honey. Play kept bringing me out honey mustard because they don’t speak English and don’t know the difference. It’s so annoying. My boyfriend does not like she is and always gets cheese on his food we’re always having to go back in and get our food fixed so if it is fresh by the time that we actually get our food fixed it’s already old by the time that we get home so frustrating!! BUT the last time I went in it was literally all white or English-speaking people there and everything went so smoothly we order online and then we parked when we get there they came right out with our food it was hot and fresh there was no cheese on my boyfriend’s big mouth we got all of our sauces which was which like you’re supposed to it’s like simple tasks tbey can’t comprehend.

One young person was attempting to service the twenty or so people who have been waiting long time; one guy 27 min for ice coffee. And they/he was only one decent and professional. French fries cold and old. No order correct – 3 separate orders in our group. Seriously the worst service at fast food restaurant ever -and I’m 60yrs old.

Quite possibly the slowest restaurant in the world. They also don’t know how to properly take the double drive through line. If you aren’t in the “right” drive through line you will watch car after car order before you. Good luck trying to get food in less than 30 minutes after 6 PM.

This is the worst store with no care , I cannot say how many times half my order shows up. They have been reported so many times for this and only conclusion is this store manager and store as a whole truly does not care about customer satisfaction . 40 min wait for half the food and what did show up was cold . Horrible horrible horrible store !!!
