Staff is just awful and dosent interact with customers. The staff just seem like theyre misrible and pass the buck to the next employee.
Took almost 10 mins for someone to realize my item was ready, then another 5 to have them hand me the bag. All the while conversations are taking place amongst workers, joking around. I was the only one in the lobby. It was not busy at all. Unacceptable, you are a business, not an after-school program

This place is actually horrible. Every single time I order from here having a little hope the food would actually be fresh this time its not. Its always cold, disgusting, dry, oily.. the sodas are flat. Its just unacceptable… don’t even bother wasting your money.

The morning manager (older lady) very unpleasant to hear when she speaks. She’ll be swearing and complaining and threatening to take stuff off the menu. And she’ll just throw your bag on the counter without saying a name and seem so bothered being there. Maybe McDonald’s isn’t her career and she needs to leave

My order took forever because there was a handicapable person making the orders. Why do they allow special people to work there? Not pleased. Literally they had to put him in a high vis vest so they didn’t loose track of him. He was very loud and was yelling profanity at the customers.

This is a review for corporate not this specific location. No one at the counter. Multiple people waiting, 5+. Forced to enter your own order but still have to pay with an employee at the cash register? How is this faster or more convenient? Certainly cheaper as you don’t have to pay employee wages, but seems like mcds is already short staffed. I left without ordering because it looked like I was going to have to wait 15 minutes to pay and longer to receive my food. These kiosks to place an in person order are absolute trash. I also love how the way to order a sandwich with only one condiment means you have to click multiple buttons to remove the co diments you dont want. It was this way when I worked at McDonald’s almost 20 years ago. Fix the code, corporate!

This McDonald’s location is very good. Food is always hot and fresh. Fries are perfectly salted. Staff is friendly! All around really good place. Convenient off highway near greenfield exit. If traveling on 91 north or south take route 3 exit Boston and get off one first exit. Exit will be in left hand lane if travelling from north to south. Follow gps from there. Not sure if you take a left or right at the end of the ramp. McDonald’s is i would say a few miles up on the left. Take route 2 and first exit to avoid downtown traffic. Also there is a McDonald’s off the rotary at the greenfield downtown exit. Do not go there. Pricing is higher and food is terrible. Its not worth the on/off highway convenience i promise. Safe travels to you!

There are 2 McDonald’s in Greenfield, this is not the one to go to. Make sure you go to the Mohawk Trail location off 91, This location is both understaffed and or extremely inefficient because on the only two occasions I went to the Federal St location the wait to receive my order was in excess of 20 minutes even though the lobby was completely empty. Also food was missing or incorrect on 100% of orders here.
