This meal that I got from McDonald’s was pathetic. How hard is it to put a cheeseburger in a box and do it the right way? There was more grease on all of my other food. Then there was contained in the box. Because it was dumped in my bag. Both of my cheeseburgers were dumped in the bag and it is pretty pathetic. On top of that, I had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my food. Also would like to add they were NOT in the middle of a lunch rush, because I was there at 2:10 pm.

A worker named WENDY clearly lacks essential customer service skills and is in desperate need of basic training. Perhaps she should find a job she enjoys or management should not have her work directly with front facing guests if her attitude is as bad as it is. She is not the only one, but this issue needs to be addressed; when she is speaking back to or ABOUT a customer. It has occurred prior, and its actually sad for this store. Another note; It’s no surprise that orders are frequently given out incorrect when shes there.
I will be contacting corporate for following up but where is ownership? Management..?

Ordered 2 ice creams on the app, got one and then waited more than 30 minutes for the other, then when I asked her to give me a new sundae, because this one had been sitting for 30 minutes and I had another 10 minutes to drive home to give it to the person it’s for, she said it would be another 20 minutes……..
Ugh. Melted McDonald’s ice cream just isn’t it!!!
Ah well, definitely won’t be coming back here☺️

Drive through needs to get the hell together. A poor gentleman prior to us was waiting for god knows how long waiting in drive through to order, takes the person in front of us, skips him on the other side and takes our order. I actually felt bad for him. This isn’t our only issue with the mcdonald’s. I also don’t hokd mcdonald’s to a high standard but I was pretty pissed off for him.

First they get my order wrong so I come back and they tell me to wait in the reserved drive thru for “hashbrowns” I was then waiting there for a whole hour in the snow.

We will not return to this place, very rude people, my husband was in line for breakfast, 2 young women in front of him, did not have enough money, my husband gave them the money after time was spent trying to find the money in their car. Then it was his time to order and was abruptly told by a apparently frustrated manager that breakfast was over!, it was 1025 am

Drive thru employees were just rude grin the very beginning for no reason at all, mind you, there weren’t even any other customers at all, so I’d not like they were flustered and overwhelmed from been by busy. No excuse, just rude and bad manners. And maybe if they didn’t cut off their costumes while the customers were still speaking, they could hear the full order.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. I get things get busy or they could have been short staffed but at least acknowledge someone is there. Left without ordering. Very disappointed

Very professional workers who are quick to take responsibility and correct issues promptly when needed.
Generally, received hot fresh food on multiple occasions.. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food.
I will add, the wait times are a little longer than I’d really like them to be.. but with the fresh food and friendly service… I can’t really complain.
Overall, I’d recommend this franchise
