Very rude service!!
I was at the drive-thru attempting to redeem reward points using the McDonald’s app. The employee asked for my mobile app code multiple times, and then began saying something I could not understand. I politely explained that I was having difficulty understanding her due to her strong accent.
At that point, another employee came on the microphone and began yelling at me. During this interaction, I noticed I was being charged for items I did not order. I calmly tried to explain that the items showing on the screen were incorrect, but the employee continued yelling and repeatedly told me to pull up to the window.
Due to the unprofessional behavior and frustration with the situation, I chose to drive away and did not complete my order. This experience was very disappointing and not consistent with the level of customer service I expect from McDonald’s.

Restaurant closed yesterday when it said it would be open. If you’re gonna close for a snow day at least have a sign up or adjust your hours on Google. So unprofessional.

By far worst service from McDonald’s i’ve seen in awhile. Been stopping here each morning for 2 weeks and guy won’t stop interrupting us when we’re trying to order.
Tonight we were parked. We asked for condiments when ordering, again when parked. Food came nothing. Asked lady if we can get some, she says “Yeah I guess”. Waited and nothing. Finally had to go inside to get it after 3 times asking.
Parking lot always a mess.
Wendy’s will get our $50 a day business starting tomorrow.

Legit the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to- this restaurant is constantly dirty in the dining room, you hear people laughing in the back and playing music instead of making your order while they cater to drive thru. Even when I go thru the drive thru it’s like bruh yall take 20 minutes after sending me to a parking spot after all I ordered was a 10 pc nugget-. None of the tables are ever clean and there’s always trash everywhere staff do not announce mobile orders, and overall, I would rather go to the Taco Bell across the street than eat inside of this McDonald’s tbh.

Friendly and respectful staff and the restaurant is always clean and well kept. I love the meal deals like if u dont have much money u can still get a mchicken and fries for only 3$ and still feel a bit satisfied.
