So glad I’m no longer in the fast food world. Decided to get a large fry for the first time in ages. Paid 6 bucks and took the bag.i opened it at the window and just lauged and shocked how small the bag and fries were , younger generation,it was never like this you used to get your money’s worth years ago. Save your money, go to the grocery store and buy cook your own food.

I sent my husband to get us a quick dinner and treat after a long day, and he said they almost forgot the sundae he ordered and seemed rushed so he felt rushed to get out of the drive thru and didn’t double check his order before arriving home only to discover this sad excuse for a hot fudge sundae after taking the lid off. The main reason to go to a 24 hour McDonalds is because it’s 24 hours. Despite what it says, this one isn’t actually 24 hours, as it closes for a random amount of time around 3AM. I’ve found it still closed as late as 4:30AM. It seems open, but the folks there say their system os updating and they can’t take orders.

I had placed a mobile order and was directed to the second window. When I was giving my code for my order through the drive thru a car had sped past me and went to the second window to gossip and talk to an employee there. The employee had made eye contact with me multiple times and just continued on with her conversation with her friend and completely ignored my presence. This went on for about 30 minutes before anything happened. The car did not move and that employee did not try to give me my order. Another employee had to come behind my vehicle and give me my order. He had no real explanation on what was going on other than “manager on manager talk”. If it was truly manager on manager talk then it could have been taken inside at least the car could have moved up a bit just so I could get my order. This was completely unprofessional and ridiculous. My food was cold and this just ruined my morning.

This female employee with brown hair made me feel completely ignored and made me feel like she didn’t care about a single thing involving her job. She would make eye contact with me but then pretend she didn’t see and just go and talk and gossip. Refusing to do her job and honestly this was unprofessional. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s employee but if you are getting paid to do your job then do your job. I honestly wish I got her name because why do you still have a job here.

I waited on the counter for 30 minutes for honey mustard sauce, while the blond girl just kept ignoring me. It was 5pm on 07/28/2025. I do not know how every time I go there they forget something nuggets or a sandwich people you can’t make 20 dollars an hour if your not reading the screen in front of you and packing my food smh
