I am not exaggerating when I say I waited in line for 40 minutes. I entered at 12:40 and I left at 2:20. On top of this, I was told to repeat my order at the window as they definitely didn’t have my order and then I get two double cheeseburgers that aren’t the ones that I requested because these have no onions and I ordered regular double cheese.
On top of that, these double cheeseburgers have been re-microwaved right before given to me. I know this because the cheese stuck to the paper is from being microwaved. It tasted re heated as well. I’m really offended that I was received this order and I sincerely hope that this reaches the right people to let them know the importance of making sure you have enough staff otherwise corners will be cut like this one. If enough people can’t make it to work you might as well shut the restaurant down for the day. It beats getting angry complaints like this all day. I feel bad for the staff who are probably just trying to do their best. I see one girl out there still walking to cars outside slipping and sliding. The owners and the managers need to do better to make sure their employees are well off, they do not get paid enough to be doing this. This is why my burgers sucked, not because of any employee, I do not blame them. Thankyou.
1. $6 for a burger, soda, small fries and 4 chicken nuggets.
2. The burger looked like it was stepped on and didn’t look appetizing. If the commercials for McDonald’s used my burger as an ad, oh my nobody would come. I ate it. It wasn’t that bad.
3. My image shows 2 nuggets, since I already ate 2 but the box and only 4 nuggets was funny.
4. I specifically ordered hot sauce, it never came. The staff was so stressed I didn’t want to bother them.
5. The restaurant was very busy and I felt like most of the people there were there for take out or Door Dash type services. This is probably big business for the store but this seems different from many years ago. I think for McDonalds food, the place is very important.
6. I normally do a drive thru nowadays but I was there by myself and it was not a good visit.
7. No ice. Absolutely no ice. In two machines there was no ice. Again, I didn’t complain since they were already very stressed.
8. Small fries was no joke. Also they were dumped in upside down and I had to fish them all out.
9. The one worker looked like he was super tired, the manager had a gold watch on and he was capable but totally keeping the boat afloat. I swear there were people who had ordered when I got there, and they were still there waiting when I left. Wow.
10. I ordered at a Kiosk. The Kiosk said I would have to pay at the main ordering place. I ordered, and I paid there at the Kiosk. But when the receipt came out the entire receipt was blank. Weird. So I had to talk to the guy at the register and I finally got a receipt with something written on it.
11. The cost was ok, the amount was ok, the appearance of the meal was not good and it reminded me how long ago I had sat in a McDonalds and eaten there with my family. It’s be a long long time and I’m glad about that. However, I was walking by in Chicopee after working out at Planet Fitness and I wanted to grab a cheap bite to eat. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place any time soon.
Unfortunately, my past 4 visits, the large french fries I ordered, were cold and stale. The French fries have gone downhill at this location.
My aunt is very happy they brought back their carmel sundae.
Really nice indoor seating area with a fireplace, wood, bricks, etc.
Very cozy.
Large play area for children to have fun and socialize with other kids while us adults take a breath and watch them play.
Great breakfast options, their hashbrowns are yummy as well as their sausage biscuits or sausage english muffin sanwiches.
They are also inexpensive, especially if you use their app for specials and to receive points for every purchase, which can be redemed for various items from the menu.
The managers and employees are super cool and friendly here. Good people.
Not healthy food for sure, but taste just like it did when I was a kid, but their fries suck at this location.
