Every time I come to this McDonald’s, the employees there always have an attitude and speak rudely. I just ordered a McFlurry and it was melted. I did not just pay $7 for melted Ice Cream and it’s not the first nor 2nd time this has happened. This happens every time I order an ice cream from them. I called them and I had to call them 3 times because the first 2 times I was sent straight to voicemail. Their voicemail is full and can’t take any new voicemails. Their third time I called a lady named Jocelyn answered. I asked for her name and she first asked “who’s this” in a rude tone. I found it so unprofessional and I again asked for her name before giving my name. She told me her name was Jocelyn and I explained that there’s been multiple times I’ve got melted Ice cream from them. She said there’s nothing they can do about that. And I asked if I can speak to her supervisor. She said she’s the supervisor and that there’s no one above her.
Moving forward im no longer going to order from this McDonald’s.

They forgot to give me my drink cups so I had to flag someone down. As you can see in the photo, I got the saddest filled o fish they could muster. This is BY FAR the worst location in the city.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Guy eating fries out of the fry basket , walked in had to wait a good 5 minutes while employees were talking, before our order was taken. Not to mention fries were burnt and cold ketchup packets were covered in a sticky substance, had two bun tops on our burgers one had mayo, hopefully it was mayo, hamburger had a spot of ketchup, no pickles on many burgers, at least 3 recieved their orders first before us but ordered after us, and the manager was miy until the very end when I did speak to her to no avail. All of this for $42

I came in 1/8/26 around 6:45.. it was obviously a bit busy and overwhelming, with some people having small complaints I do want to point out the young man who I believe is John Erick handled the situations appropriately, professionally, calm and polite fixing and keeping up with it all.

Worst McDonalds around. I promise you driving the extra 5 minutes to another location will save you more time and stress than going to this one. We got pulled for a small order. (I used to work for McDonalds so I know the wait shouldn’t have been as long as it was.) They come out, and forgot our drink and fries. So we let the girl know and her response was “did you have two fries? Pretty sure I put it in there” and I told her she can look in the bag, it’s not there. then a different worker comes out with our drink, but no fries. So we wait another 5 minutes to get a have full, barely cooked fries.

This is by far the Worst McDonald’s not only in Chicopee but probably all of Western Massachusetts, They never get your order correctly. They are very very slow. They barely pay attention or even care. I would love for this place to be shut down for the good of everyone. SHUT IT DOWN THEY’RE TERRIBLE.
