Fine if you are going through the drive through, will blatantly ignore customers that go in and order at the register, they will look right at you and wait to you give up and leave; this last time 13min and I just gave up and walked out. Company needs to get rid of the drive through timing incentives they give their employees; they disincentivize all the other aspects of good customer service

20 minutes in line at the drive through. No one took our order.

This location is fine during the day, but whatever you do, avoid going here at night, especially on the weekends. This place has always been extremely slow at nights, but I’ve finally had enough.

This past weekend, I got stuck between cars in the drive through for 20 minutes. I only wanted to get a couple of Happy Meals for my kids. The line never moved. When I finally got to the window to order, the poor girl on the other end couldn’t stop apologizing. She was the only one working there at 9:00 on a Saturday night. She had to run the register and put the food together, completely alone. Such terrible management. I felt terrible for her.

I left and went to the location the next town over. We got through the drive through in less than three minutes.

Whoever is managing the Agawam location needs to start doing their job.

The soda was the flat, the sprite was like water. My food took a year to get it and they didn’t even count my nuggeys right. Never come back they lost aura on an another level. Never coming back ever again. The workers were snapping at me. Also the tables were not clean, there was crumbs everywhere no seating for the bros to sit down at.

This location is small, but it has a nice, clean, modern interior. There is free WiFi. There is no playground at this location. The employees were generous to my children, and gave them stickers to wear.

I was waiting for my order, but it was very late. I placed the order about 10 minutes ago. It was a drive-thru order, but I went inside to pick it up. A rude old lady with red hair told me, “This is drive-thru,” and she didn’t even listen to what I was saying. Then I said, “Cancel my order,” and she told me, “Cancel it yourself.” What kind of employees do you actually hire?

Something new at Mc d’s. (Agawam, MA) Table service ( new to me. I usually go through the drive-through). If you are dining in, when you place your order, they will give you your drink cups and a table sign with a number on it. When your order is ready, they will bring the food to you. Nice little touch. This McDonald’s is kept very clean. In fact, there was a man making sure everything in the eating area was kept perfect. Doing a great job. all the employees were in good moods and worked very well together as a team. I’m not a teacher. But A+ of keeping the place looking great and fast overall service. As a “fast food restaurant,” they are setting the bar just a little higher than the competition.

if i could rate it zero stars i would friend placed a mobile order so it would be ready when we got there we went to pick it up and waited over an hour for a SINGULAR quarter pounder and a medium coke. No one came on the speakers in the drive thru and they let everyone sit there waiting to order with no communication. Horrible attitudes from the staff. Overall bad experience

Walking into this McDonald’s felt like stepping into a sitcom no one asked for. The food was aggressively mid, and my Dr Pepper was so flat it could’ve doubled as tap water. The lobby wasn’t the worst I’ve seen, but let’s just say “clean” is more of a vibe they aspire to than an actual state of being.

The staff seemed decent enough, but my order came out missing sauce and drinks — a bold choice for a place that kind of specializes in, you know, food and drinks. Meanwhile, a grasshopper was casually hopping around the lobby like it was the new mascot, and some of the guests added just enough annoyance to make the whole scene feel like background extras in a reality show.

Not the worst McDonald’s on Earth, but definitely the kind of spot where you leave with a story.

But at least I got my kuromi ✌

It’s crazy that I can’t order food without updating the app. What happened to old fashioned service and cash with receipt. They never have receipt paper either.

We stopped here with a bus full of high schoolers on our way home from a long day of performing. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They had all of our orders together in a very timely manner with no mistakes!
