The place smelled like sewage when we walked in the door. Flying gnats were flying all around the place. I only stayed because my girlfriend picked this place!

The egg rolls were ok The chicken wings were ok.

Not pictured… don’t…… I repeat….. don’t order the Pulled Pork Nachos! The nacho chips themselves were good; the pork was dry, and they used canned cheese whiz (not even the good kind from the 1980’s). I sent it back before I could take a picture of the nachos!

The Pulled Pork Nachos had to be the worst thing I’ve eaten all year long (for 2025). I asked to have the nachos removed from my bill.

I will say, they had excellent friendly service… if that counts for anything!

Best, most accurately cooked rare steak I’ve had in about a million years. Sides were SO GOOD. Fun and friendly staff, but they seem overwhelmed. Maybe go when slower.

If you haven’t been here recently you HAVE to come check it out! Major upgrade to the dining room and facilities. Unrecognizable from the old!! Wonderful and tasty food. Staff was energetic and attentive. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Plenty of free parking. Pool tables and darts with lots of room to enjoy! We will be back!!

You know it is very rare that I give five stars across the board. But the bartender greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable of everything on the menu and everything behind the bar. He explained to me just how long it would take to get my food because everything was made fresh. The wings were amazing, but the egg rolls oh my goodness

I recently visited McDill’s and tried their corned beef and cabbage meal, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The corned beef itself was bland, mushy, and didn’t seem fully cooked, lacking the tenderness and flavor you’d hope for in a classic dish. However, the accompanying carrots, potatoes, and cabbage were nicely seasoned, though the potatoes were a bit softer than I prefer.

On the plus side, the Irish Egg Rolls were a standout, offering a tasty blend of corned beef, cabbage, and Swiss cheese—definitely a highlight. The Triple Berry Jam cider was also flavorful, adding a nice touch to the meal.

The biggest disappointment was the service, which left a bit to be desired. Our server wasn’t attentive, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, making the experience feel somewhat neglected.

Overall, while some elements of the meal were enjoyable, the corned beef and service were underwhelming. There’s potential here, but improvements in both food quality and attentiveness would make a big difference. 3/5 stars.

This place is phenomenal. I don’t drink anymore, so I’m always wary of going into pubs. Mcdill’s has a great vibe, and the workers always seem happy to be doing what they’re doing. The first time I came in I was fine and just tired from work, but the gentleman tending the bar seemed to want to make it his mission to cheer me up and wished me well when I left. Next time they saw me, they recognized me which was very kind. The food was so good. Might’ve been the best reuben I’ve ever had honestly, breaded mushrooms and the irish dog were delicious as well. The chicken caesar definitely left a lot to be desired lol, I am a caesar fanatic and that one wasn’t it, but I honestly didn’t care after everything else. Coleslaw wasn’t my fav, but I’m just really particular about my coleslaw and it was ok. Next I wanna try the irish egg roll and the fish, looking forward to it

There are a few things I go for here that always make me happy. The Irish Eggrolls are a Reuben wrapped in a crispy wrapper served with thousand Island dipping sauce. The fried Mac and cheese is awesome. The gouda is definitely the flavor to go with crispy creamy goodness. Lots of different beers on tap with plenty of seating.

Great food, fast service, generous portions, several TVs, ample seating, clean site. We happened upon McDill’s Irish Pub and decided to try it and we loved it. I recommend eating and drinking at McDill’s. We had the fried green beans with spicy sauce, Irish dog, fish tacos, house chippers, and drinks. Delicious! Excellent lunch and dinner restaurant for those that like good food and a casual, comfortable place.

I really enjoyed the food here and the service was great. The burger was nice and smoky with that grilled flavor. We had the Irish burger, roast beef sandwich, and 1/2 garlic parm and reverse pat wings. I also had a French 75 cocktail. They also have slots and darts on the other side of the restaurant.
