I was kicked out for wearing clothing that expressed support for the President of the United States. I am a US Army Veteran and served in Afghanistan. I take pride in my country and support everyone’s right to express their views. I explained this to the staff and they stated that due to my hat, I was no longer welcome, and to “never come back.” They did this in a humiliating fashion where the entire staff stood there with angry and hateful looks on their faces while they waited for me to leave. One of them snatched my beverage out of my hand. I was sitting quietly and bothered nobody until I was angrily confronted.
I would think twice about going here. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I fought for everyone’s freedom when I served – McCormick’s Pub and their owners have no respect for people that are proud to be American.

Amazing delicious food. The service was top notch and they were very attentive. Had a great view of the lake outside and even though it was cold outside they had heaters and a weather barrier. The food was fresh and was seasoned well. I got the burrata toast and he got the Diane burger. Will definitely come back again.

Stopped at the public docks while on Lake Minnetonka to go grab some dinner with the family. This was a super close spot to the docks and seemed family friendly with outdoor seating (partially covered, so it was nice and shady on a hot day). The atmosphere was great and the staff were super nice.
The kids ordered cheeseburgers and chicken tenders. My daughter thought they were one of the best Cheeseburgers she has had lol. My son’s chicken tenders were amazing, not your standars kids chicken tenders (had to try a bite).
We ordered some food to share. We got the Wings, Tenderloin Sliders with Truffle Fries and this new brazilian dish (forgot what it was called). Everything tasted delicious.
No complaints, however it’s definitely not the least expensive casual family dinner, but nothing less to expect from a nice restaurant in Wayzata. We will definitely be back.

Fun Irish pub and restaurant in the heart of downtown Wayzata. Pub side has a great atmosphere with dark wood tables and iconic signs and decor. Bartenders and servers are friendly and welcoming. Went during happy hour and was able to get seats at the bar, but it filled up quickly. Flatbread and truffle fries were good. I definite stop whenever we are in Wayzata.

It’s wayzata so it’s expensive. Surprisingly several Brazilian dishes at an Irish pub. The feijoada (Brazilian black bean stew) was $27, when this is traditionally a poor persons home style cooking. I don’t agree with this price and didn’t order it, as I make a huge pot at home several times a year for only a few dollars per serving. Everything tasted good, just seemed over priced. The food is a standout. So many places are meh when it comes to food. This was the best Irish pub food I’ve ever had. They honestly care in the kitchen. Our waiter was perfect, and the ambiance is nice and and cozy.

Delightful place with splendid food and cool atmosphere! We had the fried chicken sandwich, shrimp po’boy, oysters and drinks. Didn’t break the bank and we had a gorgeous view of the lake.

Went during lunch time on a Friday and our waitress was in no hurry. Waited a long time for our soda and our bill. Maybe she had tables inside. Outside was not busy. . Really wish we would have gotten to try the fried clams we ordered but she apparently forgot about them because we never got them and didn’t have time to wait for them to be ordered once we got our lunch meals and realized they were forgotten. My husband’s walleye tacos were delicious and my tuna poke bowl had good flavor despite the rice being a bit crunchy in spots and the wonton strips tasting stale.
