This place is an unexpected surprise find! Our waitress was friendly, fast and helpful. The food was excellent, giant jumbo shrimp with a light crispy breading, and walleye was huge and nicely breaded crisp! Breaded mushrooms for an appetizer were very good, along with the soup and salad. Croutons homemade in house top notch! They even let us buy some to take home! I am a cheesecake lover and every review I read was correct. This cheesecake is top notch delicious!!! We will be back , thank you for a nice night out!

Ii was an impulse stop, for a quick bite, on my way to Mille Lacs. The staff was friendly, as were the regulars. It did not appear that they had tap beer, so I ordered a mixed drink, which had a heavy pour. (I think that’s a good thing) The menu had a lot of options, that all sounded good. I was on a time crunch, and was going to have dinner with the wife later, soI ordered the buffalo wings, which were wing dings with some buffalo sauce poured over them instead of being spun. Don’t get me wrong, they were good, but as a kitchen manager, I know they could have been better. The gentleman who was seated next to recommended the home made cheesecake, they had a LOT of options, that all looked amazing. I took a turtle cheesecake to go. I will definitely be making it a point to stop there whenever I am in the area.

Our waitress is friendly and knows the menu. She checked back with us and communicated with us when a large group arrived. She wasn’t as responsive after that but I appreciated that she let us know up front.
The Philly Cheesesteak was pretty good, although the bottom was soggy. I especially liked the hand cut fries! I didn’t think they would taste so different from other restaurants. And don’t even get me started about the delicious cheesecake! Their burgers are very good too.
I wish they had more low cal options and some smaller menu items so I could rationalize my choice to have that cheesecake. 🙂 One friend ordered a side salad and a baked potato. I need more protein.
It was strange that the parking was full and yet when we walked in the restaurant wasn’t.

The prime rib was disgusting. The shrimp was disgusting. Everything I ordered was disgusting. It was sub standard to say the least. The prime rib was like, maybe 3 of an inch. Thick.

Gorgeous view of the lake, easy parking, pool table, outdoor patio overlooking the lake, full bar stocked with great bartenders, big menu to choose from and the cheesecake keeps is coming back, our favorites are the oreo mint, snickers and blueberry.

Fantastic. Food was amazing, loved the atmosphere. Our waitress Kia was sweet, helpful and attentive. Top tier cheesecake. Everything was very reasonably priced! I got the stir fry with orange sauce, hubby got the crispy chix sandwich w/ coleslaw. Both were phenomenal. The stir fry especially, was superb! Highly recommend. We also each got a cheesecake, butterfinger and an PB brownie. 10/10 on both. We will absolutely be back. Plus you can’t beat the view!!!! Stunning.

I stopped here by myself to have a bloody on the deck. My gosh, the view of the lake is wonderful. Sitting in the sunshine with the lake breeze felt perfect. I also grabbed a couple pieces of cheesecake to bring home. The bourbon bacon and oreo. They were both to die for!
