Great spot inside the Arizona Biltmore. I was in town for work and grabbed brunch here, and the chicken and waffles did not disappoint. Our server had been with the restaurant for over 15 years and was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful—she made the meal feel extra special. Sat in the courtyard in the sun and will definitely be back.

You know how it is when you don’t necessarily want to leave the hotel or resort but you don’t really know if you’re gonna get a great meal? That was absolutely not the case here. Joshua was our server and was very friendly and helpful in making several great suggestions from the menu. I ended up having the half roasted chicken and my husband had the crispy chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. We topped off dinner with the fabulous espresso martini that Joshua had highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Just look at this work of art! If you are in the Biltmore area, we recommend!

Thought we’d try their casual spot for a relaxed lunch and so glad we did. Had a simple salad w sandwiches and the thick cut fries, and everything was spot on. Fresh original dressing and the best steak fries I’ve had n years,… so, so crispy and no ketchup needed. A bright, lofty dining space and our service was attentive. Prices were what you’d expect for a resort of this caliber and history, and they really took care of the details of even a simple lunch like we had. Many other hotels have ho-hum casual dining experiences and only focus on the high-end evening space, but not hear. Beautiful hotel with rich architectural heritage., glad we uber’d over to check it out. Oh yeah…we shared a lot as the portions are generous!

Largely exceeded my expectations for a hotel breakfast. Very delicious. Love this place

Food was average. For a hotel like this, I expected better. It was just ok, not very flavorful.

Came here for brunch. If you’re not staying at the resort, it is a little walk from the self parking to get to the entrance, so be prepared for that.
Would also recommend making a reservation to ensure there’s no issue getting in when you plan on dining.
When you get in, the atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The service was impeccable. I personally like it when the server remembers you name or calls you by it.
The drinks were never empty so that’s a plus. I don’t want to run empty on coffee in the AM.
The fish tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had.
My wife had nothing but praise for the lemon cream cheese pancakes with a side of bacon.

We’re currently staying at the Biltmore and this was our first time dining here during our visit. The food and atmosphere were excellent (highly recommend the burrata).
Unfortunately, the service significantly detracted from the experience. From the moment we sat down, our server Hector directed the entire interaction exclusively toward my husband and did not acknowledge me once throughout the meal. He made eye contact only with him, addressed him by name, and at one point stood with his back toward me while explaining the dessert menu.
Later he returned and asked my husband, “Mr. _____, how was the dessert?” without acknowledging that I was sitting directly across from him.
It created an uncomfortable experience where it felt as though I wasn’t part of the table. The food and setting was great, but the service did not reflect the level of hospitality we expected while staying at the Biltmore.

We’ve tried many places for breakfast in the Phoenix metro area, with little success. We invited another couple to join us for breakfast here on a weekday and we were pleasantly surprised.
We ate outside on the patio, which had a large fire pit. Service was excellent, coffee was delicious. There was no loud music competing with conversation. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon etc., were well-prepared and fresh. The fruit served was high quality.
We will be back!

Hidden Gem of a restaurant! I’m glad they were open on Christmas day because I was hungry post hike! I had the chicken soup, shrimp tacos, coconut lemonade mocktail and the dessert! Everything was great! I highly recommend checking this place out at least once! Also, you can get your parking validated up front after you eat if you decided to park at the garage building just west of the resort.

Don’t waste your time. Not good food and not good atmosphere. Total charge for 3 meals, 2 beers and cookie dessert we paid $250 with our 20% tip. Steak terrible with burnt taste (not medium), pizza so so, and ribs not great. Wish I had my receipt because I think they must of automatically added gratuity and I didn’t catch it. Be careful when you pay.
