We had to wait a little because the one person working the front had the counter, the drive-thru, the phone orders, taking orders to the tables, and bussing empty tables. Gabriel did a darn fine job making sure it was done efficiently. 5 stars to Gabriel!

Placed a to go order with door dash. The salad was great tasting as was the broccoli and cheese soup. The salad was big enough to fill you up. About the only gluten free options available. It was already hard enough to find an open place to eat in town, but this was one of the best salads I’ve had from McAlister’s in a long time. It was perfectly paired with their honey mustard.

I ordered food and used the men’s restroom, there is no soap anywhere. So I proceed to let the manager know and he said that’s no problem the male employees use the sink with soap next to the drive-thru window. So as the male employees use the restroom they take their hands with urine or poop on them and open and close the restroom doors and proceed to the cooking area and counter and wash their hands there. Does no one see the problem but me, plus how are customers supposed to wash there hands. Horrible please shut them down before you all get sick .

Brought the kids for dinner and even though there’s a bunch of options, they all pretty much knew what they wanted. I picked the Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad and split a Memphian Sandwich with my daughter. The drinks were especially great tonight and the food came out quicker than normal. Everything was exceedingly fresh and well plated. Absolutely fantastic, healthy dinner option for our little town.

We had a meal from here delivered to our hotel room while on vacation. They were on time, hot, fresh, flavorful, correct and decently priced. We will definitely have to visit here again, and I suggest it to anyone that is hungry.

First time here. Awesome customer service, the cashier was knowledgeable about the menu and made several suggestions for us to try. We went with a roast beef sandwich and chicken salad sandwich. Both very delicious and fresh! And the sweet tea was very good as well. Would recommend this place to stop off and try

Food was good, staff was nice. Only reason for 4 stars is the mac and cheese is absolute trash. Its just a bowl of watered down cheese with 9-10 noodles at the bottom. We spent a lot and ordered a lot of different things. Not knocking ANY of the other menu items except the m&c. Don’t order that chit.

I only gave 4 stars because they were apparently using an old menu so there were a few things they said they didn’t have anymore. Oh well. Not a huge deal. The food was good. The drinks are large and very good. Staff was nice.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Please tell me why it took over 30 minutes to get 2 turkey sandwiches and a baked potato. Ridiculous. The cashier (blonde with glasses who looks like she couldn’t be bothered to fix her hair), lacked the most basic of customer services skills. Couldn’t say hello or thank you. Not even a basic “sorry for the long wait”. Looks like they just hire anyone off the streets these days.
