Food was good, staff was nice. Only reason for 4 stars is the mac and cheese is absolute trash. Its just a bowl of watered down cheese with 9-10 noodles at the bottom. We spent a lot and ordered a lot of different things. Not knocking ANY of the other menu items except the m&c. Don’t order that chit.

I eat at this McAlisters all the time. Food is great!! Service is sometimes hit or miss, but great overall. I like that they personalize my visit, almost every time, but remembering my name!!

Placed a to go order with door dash. The salad was great tasting as was the broccoli and cheese soup. The salad was big enough to fill you up. About the only gluten free options available. It was already hard enough to find an open place to eat in town, but this was one of the best salads I’ve had from McAlister’s in a long time. It was perfectly paired with their honey mustard.

Brought the kids for dinner and even though there’s a bunch of options, they all pretty much knew what they wanted. I picked the Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad and split a Memphian Sandwich with my daughter. The drinks were especially great tonight and the food came out quicker than normal. Everything was exceedingly fresh and well plated. Absolutely fantastic, healthy dinner option for our little town.

Such a great place for lunch or dinner. We were a big group and order different dishes and we all liked what we ordered. The veggie stud was delicious, my husband loved the french dip and our boys had the club which they really liked.

I only gave 4 stars because they were apparently using an old menu so there were a few things they said they didn’t have anymore. Oh well. Not a huge deal. The food was good. The drinks are large and very good. Staff was nice.

Over half the tables were covered with old meals. No one busing tables. Food was very good and counter people very nice, dining area was filthy. Too bad.

We are visiting NM and decided to stop at McAlister’s for lunch. We ordered our meals with drinks. The drinks were watered down and we asked for a substitution drink. Those weren’t sufficient either. On another note, I ordered a side salad and it had a hair in it. I lost my appetite. This turned out to be more of an inconvenience rather than a nice relaxing meal with my family.

I was there for the car show weekend and wanted a McAlister club. I ordered it at the counter with no tomato and no honey mustard. The girl told me she couldn’t make the sandwich because they were out of Turkey. I said I’ll eat it without Turkey it’s fine. She said no I can’t make the sandwich because I can’t ring it up. So I left and went across the street for pizza. My question is why would the restaurant be out of Turkey on one of the biggest weekends in Artesia.
