Three young girls working. Two of them at the counter playing around and hanging going outside with friends!
Result messed up my order!
I asked for Mccalister club!
My receipt shows club and not cut up in 4!
Also I don’t have the additional decker!
10/10/25 at about 6:25pm!!
Also no signs free cookie ends at 2pm in print for Fridays!!!!
Will not be back!!! Do better!!!

First time here. Outdoor and indoor presentation was nice and clean. Yes, even the mens restroom. I cant speak for the Ladies. Kolbys services and patience with me and my little one during the order and His recommendation, spot on. Definitely will visit here again and bring the family.

Kolby made my experience at this McAlister’s location very pleasant! He was very polite and professional. When the register started having technical difficulties, he asked Eddie to assist. Eddie, without hesitation, rung me up at another register and was able to take my payment.
I ordered 2 of the “Choose 2” meals—the signature club sandwiches and the smokehouse spuds! The food was hot and made to order! The best part was that my spuds and sandwiches actually looked just like the photo on the menu—this was not the case at a different location! I can appreciate this location’s effort and attention to detail! Thanks Kolby, Eddie, and staff!

I’ve been to this location and ordered take out from this location 10+ times. There’s always an issue! The last time we visited the physical location, the store was dirty, tables hadn’t been cleaned. We were THE ONLY customers there. They acted like they were having a rave party in the back.
My food was brought out just okay. My mother’s order was completely wrong! The cashier became extremely defensive that she was correct. I then had to point out if she recalled the details she asked. She did and said she’d “fix it really quick.” 25 minutes it came out. The lettuce was wilted and looked like it should be disposed of. I was done eating when this food finally arrived. My mom didnt eat. We just left! They should have comped my mom’s meal for the complete incompetency! Nope. No apologies. Just defensive arguing. No adults in the room…. sad.
My dumb self gave them one more try and they screwed up $20 in lemonade…. Just wow. The Tempe location is on par 100% of the time. We will never return to this struggling location. The reason they never have a crowd is oh-so obvious at this point.

I ordered The Italian , and it was fantastic. The sandwich was loaded with Black Forest ham, salami, and provolone, all brought together by the tangy Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinaigrette and a kick of spicy brown mustard. The house roasted multicolored peppers, spring mix, tomato, red onion, and black olives added a fresh, flavorful crunch. All of this was served on a soft baguette that held everything together perfectly. It even came with a pickle spear and a side. I opted for the cucumber tomato salad, which was light, refreshing, and a nice complement to the richness of the sandwich. I paired it with their tea to complete the meal.
The staff behind the counter were so friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. They made ordering a breeze and were happy to answer any questions, which made me feel right at home.
The quality of the ingredients, bold flavors, and excellent service made it worthwhile.
If you’re willing to spend a bit more for a well crafted, fresh deli meal in a clean, comfortable environment with fantastic customer service, McAlister’s Deli in Goodyear is a great choice. Would I love it to be a tad cheaper? Sure. But was it worth it? Absolutely.

I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago and had to come back to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I love this place the food is great quality, the prices are reasonable for that quality, and the staff is great. They use real plates and silverware for dine in which keeps them out of landfills. They were changing the Dr. Pepper when I ordered so they gave me a large at no extra cost. Special shout out to Kaiya. She was very patient with a pair of difficult customers and kept a smile on her face. I will be eating here frequently.

On 14 Nov at 205 pm. I walked into McAllister’s on West McDowell to order some lunch. I walked up to the counter to order and a gentleman with a beard with a drink refill walked up behind me. The chubby black woman with glasses and long braids, possibly the manager, did not acknowledge that I was standing calmly at the counter ready to order and instead took care of the gentleman’s refill behind me. I guess me standing at the counter waiting to order was just an apparition. I calmly walked out and will never return. The food is nothing exceptional but more on the convenient side of things. Truly do not understand the thinking of some people in the customer service industry that should not be there. With the amount the food selections there are in the area, the current economy and lack of good customer service will break a restaurant. This individual was not friendly with the guy and his refill. Giving this review a One star because I have to give something for a rating.

I’ve been here twice, and the food has been fantastic both times. The smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich is to die for and not spicy at all. Fresh and tasty, and the ciabatta roll is so soft. Today my boyfriend got the French dip and it was perfect also! Broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken Caesar salad are also delicious.
