We had the Choose 2 meal and I picked the Italian sandwich with the Savannah Salad and the wife had the BBQ Crunch Chicken Sandwich with the Savannah Salad and some Iced Tea that is always refreshing especially if it’s 98 degrees outside. Everything was fresh and the sandwich’s were delicious. We will be back again.

First time here. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious . I also ordered the peach mango tea, that was way tooooo sweet, I had to weater it down with a large cup of water for it to be drinkable .

This was my first time here and I was extremely disappointed, the price of everything for the quantity of food you receive is criminal. I do not believe the two small sandwiches we purchased were with the price, you’re better off going literally anywhere else. Aside from the portion size the food was good and the staff was very kind. We had come here at around 3 and the entire restaurant was empty so there was plenty of seating. We ordered our food to go and it was nicely packed. Overall 3/5 stars because it is way too expensive, I understand inflation is happening right now but trust me and save your money

Food as expected. But buy the time I got home – about 7 min away- my ruban was cold. Service was fast and friendly. This time they had potatoes- it was about 5:30 ish pm. We have been there before and they were out of potatoes.

I tried McAlister’s for the very first time. I was excited. I thought the food on the menu looked really good. I placed my order online for my wife and kids and went through the pick up window to get it with no issues. It smelled amazing when I was at the window so anticipation was at an all time high. Brought the food back home and handed everything out to the designated person. No missing food. I thought I was in the clear. I was wrong… We all opened our items and they looked nothing at all like the pictures with the exclusion of the drink, Mac and cheese, and the chips. Now I didn’t expect it to look exactly like what was shown on the menu online. Hardly anyone makes their food look the same as the pictures so I don’t hold it against them for giving me items that looked nothing like the pictures. Upon inspecting the items to make sure they were what they were supposed to be (since they didn’t look like the pictures) I realized that they were not made correctly. Things like requesting no black olives or no tomatoes and still getting them. This left some people unable to eat their food. I would have understood if it was one item that this happened with but every item I modified was made regular. My son got the mini pretzel dogs and they were burnt on the bottom. Luckily I was still able to eat so I tried a little bit of everything. I thought the Mac n cheese was pretty good for not being home made but that was the only thing. Everything else I tried was just lacking. I know it’s a sandwich place but it honestly just tasted like a regular sandwich that I could have made at home. Even the baked potatoes tasted bland. I don’t know if they ran out of seasoning or what happened but I spent way too much for such a mediocre experience but hey they gave me two free chocolate chip cookies ♂️.

First time here. Italian sandwich was good, was recommended by the cashier. Sandwich was just a little smaller than I was expecting. They have great service. Employees will bring the food to your table also will pickup empty plates and refill your drinks . It was busy, so I people like this place . Will definitely come back for more . Update, still good service and good sandwiches

I had the worst experience! We have the 2 Tea Passes’s and my husband picked up 2 teas through the pick up window. When my husband got home I didn’t like how my tea was made because I don’t like it to sweet. He asked me if he wanted me to replace them. So he made another trip and the so called “Assistant manager Yasmin” said she had to charge him when the teas were not made to our liking. My husband went for a third time took the teas back and asked her to remake them this way she didn’t think he just wanted a “free tea” and she refused again. My husband left not wanting to continue wasting his time. I called and spoke to Yasmin, she didn’t care about my concern she was more focused on her point of view and insinuating that my husband wanted a free tea. She said she called the Store manager named Truro and said not to replace the teas. We have been customers since this location opened way more time than they have been employed there. For them not to want to make things right for the customer is mind blowing on a franchise like this. To top it off making assumptions that we want a free tea when we pay for the tea pass and spend money on food there every other week. You should not be in a “manager” position if you can’t handle situations and are argumentative with customers. I’m very disappointed to say the least when everyone else has been friendly and professional. I will not continue getting tea pass anymore and won’t be going there after this experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer since this place opened. Their sandwiches and soups are fantastic, and their McAllister’s Famous Tea is simply the best. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my dining experience enjoyable.

Great location and looks great inside and out, as always like at every other location, the staff is friendly, happy and always so helpful.
Food is delicious and you can’t go wrong with the French dip with some extra pickle spears.
2 issues though sadly. During the rush times, there is NOWHERE to sit, the restaurant dining area seems small for the market and should be bigger, it’s crazy when there are more people in line than seats available and it causes a fight over an open table
Also, the mens bathroom was just inspected at 1, order taken at 1:33 but the floor was unbelievably sticky,sticky to the point that your shoes stick to the rest of the floor in the restaurant..yuck.

7/17/22, Our first experience with McAlister’s located on Zaragoza. Have to say that the food is really good, the staff was friendly and helpful while we were reviewing the menu selections. My wife and daughter got a half club sandwich and garden salad, I got an Italian sandwich. We were all very impressed with the food and service, we will be heading back soon to try other items.
