First time we ordered from here and the sandwiches were delicious. We had The McAlister Club, delish! We also had The Jalepeno Turkey Crunch, recommended by the Manager, it’s my favorite now. We also had the broccoli cheese soup and the potatoe soup. Everything was very good. I didn’t get the managers name who was so kind and patient with me on the phone, he blessed us and for that we are grateful. We had been wanting to visit here and were craving some good, different, toasty sandwiches. Glad we ordered here. We will go and sit in next time. Although this was a pick up the atmosphere going in was pleasant. Thank you Manager today, Lord bless you and your store for your kindness.

Came in to eat with my family. The hardworking girl in the back did an amazing job on our sandwiches. Told us that someone would be right with us as well. Catherine was very nice & the caring manager Bea checked up on our table to offer us refills plus asked how our food was. I definitely recommend the Italian and the Memphian! This place has gone to . The chicken club was a the worst. It’s sad cause McAllisters was my spot. The chicken was like ground to small pieces and it did not taste right. I ate a square before my brain said STOP this is right. so I opened it and checked it out and it looked like subway teriyaki chicken but BAD. IT LOOKED LIKE WET CAT FOOD.

Food was good but I wanted to praise the service. Not only was it fast and true to order the guy at the front was super sweet and professional. It was at 1045 on 10/15. It’s the guy running the cash register. He greeted everyone who came in and I feel he went above and beyond what was required of him. He walked my order to me and was friendly. You don’t see this very often in El Paso anymore. Thank you!

Came for lunch today and we had the best service I’ve had in a while. Elkor the manager and Cody Z. went above and beyond. Very kind and sweet gentlemen. The food was delicious and came out fast also. Leaving happy 🙂

Came here with my family to try it out and sorry not sorry but never again. I got the choose 2 and got a reuben sandwich which is extra and a broccoli and cheddar soup I paid $14 for it. Definitely a little pricey in my opinion. I will be sticking to Jason’s deli for sure! One, because they give a decent size sandwich with chips and your other choice if you do the choose 2 and then secondly because the kids meals come with a drink at that price and again beter portions. Spent almost 60 bucks on 2 kids meals, 2 choose 2 and 2 small drinks and 2 large. Never again.

Cons: They forgot to leave out the cheese paper separator! I almost choked on it. Very expensive for “ok”sandwiches. Paid $3 for a bowl of Mac and Cheese and they gave me a $1 worth.

I’ve been a couple times now and they definitely hold the standard with the food. I used to go to one in Midland when I lived out there so I was excited when it came to El Paso. The service staff needs more training. Every time I’ve been it seems like the cashiers are brand new and struggling.
