About 50-60% of a month, I am here. We used to have trouble with our order always being wrong. But let me tell you, over the last few months they have really stepped things up.We haven’t had a single order made incorrectly service always has a smile.In fact, when I drive up, they have my stuff ready to go.I don’t even have to say my name anymore.L o l and it’s always handed to me with a smile and a thank you! Right now they are doing a promotion. If you complete the survey, they will add 1500 points to your account. And you get a free meal. How awesome is that? Or I guess I should say a free entree. I think it is, but that’s pretty cool. I believe they have been doing things to freshen up and step it up, and McAllister’s has been doing just that in my experience, and I can highly recommend them again.

We entered Mccallisters & black lady employee Never tended to us nor 3 other unknown customers! Never even acknowledged our presence as she would just walk around the register area and the back of the kitchen! We left your restaurant along with two other customers As she shouted, she would tend to us when we were out the door. We gave our business to Jasons deli!!

When you pay good money for something you should get what you pay for. This is $3 worth of potato salad. Literally 2 spoonfuls. I wanted potato salad for dinner so this is all I had my wife order. So when she got home and this is all I got, I was not happy. How about you guys quit being so stingy and fill the cup up I bought.

This place is a joke. Ordered my food at 4:15pm took till 4:45pm to get my food. Crazy because it’s a sandwich with very little meat. Actually stupid for $17 lol. Anyway bathroom doors were locked with sign saying bathrooms closed form 11am -3pm

If you go between 10 am and 4 pm, expect your order to take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I ordered my food at 12 o’clock online and didn’t receive my order until almost an hour later. When I finally did, the sandwiches were missing ingredients, and my drink was wrong. The employees are perfectly nice but rarely check on the people waiting in the online order area, even if there are 10 people.

I watched my order sitting behind the cashier in the window for close to 10 minutes before I could get someone to give me my now COLD food. Order wasn’t complete and had to ask again for the sides. I’ve always loved McAlister’s. Not this one.

McAlister’s tea tastes the same as taco Villa y’all prices are too high $13 dollar for a gallon of tea at Taco Villa is $6 dollar and a free bag of ice and at Bush’s chicken is $5 dollar for a gallon of tea and $1 dollar tea to Go McAlister’s y’all prices are too high which isn’t right shame on y’all McAlister’s and too go tea is $4 dollar shh to much just go to Bush’s chicken or taco Villa instead whoever reads this go to taco Villa and see for yourself and you will see the difference and the sandwich I’ll just make it at home better
