Came here one night while in the area. It was my first time at a McAlister’s and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I think what really set apart the experience was the woman working the counter. I didn’t get her name, but she was very kind and more than willing to help me understand the menu. The sandwich itself was also great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

How someone could think that the burned cheese on my turkey and cheese sandwich would be good to send out for me to consume?! Why they were too lazy to remake it after this happened is beyond me. I know they had to have seen this, it wasn’t done with their eyes closed…or was it?? Baked potato was good but this turkey sandwich was not.

Restaurant was clean and Timera was an absolute sweetheart. Her positive attitude, welcoming smile and amazing customer service will make us want to return. Oh.. and the food was great!! Had French dip and broccoli cheese soup.

I had wanted to stop by for a while… we dropped in just a few customers in the dining area. We were welcomed in and thanked for stopping in on the way out. I had the jalapeño turkey avocado sandwich with cucumber salad… and unsweetened tea. Hubby had the club sandwich with potato salad… sweet tea. The young man with long hair was polite he was the cashier and took our order. His associate young lady who served us our beverages was polite and kind as well. Overall, our sandwich meals were

It was our first time here. The store looks like new so everything is clean and organized and the decor is in style with the times. It’s on a good location but the building needs something to stand out more. The food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They did not have the Oreo cheesecake as advertised. Overall great visit!

After a 13 hour day at work, I stopped in here for dinner on my way home. My daughter was with me as we had just finished helping out at a school fundraiser (I work at a local school). We were exhausted. I have to say, David went above and beyond! He was polite, friendly, and took care of us right away. I eat here often since I work nearby, but his whole demand care with our order was fantastic! We took out food to go, and everything was packed well and our order was correct and the food was great! Thanks David and staff! If any managers are seeing this, this was around 8 pm on 10/30/25. Your employees were fabulous and the lobby was clean!

I was hopeful when i tried this place but both times i purchased food my meal was contaminated with foreign ingredients. The first time i ate here there was blood on the back of my sandwich by the time i brought it to the cashier’s attention i had already consumed some. They tried to make it right by remaking the food but the experience was spoiled. The second time i thought id give this location one more chance and both of the sandwiches i got had towel fibers all over them and they were inedible.

We visit at least once a week and have always had positive / excellent experiences with the food, service, and atmosphere. I have noticed that David is their absolute best employee for sure – he goes above and beyond so if you happen to catch him working while dining in, you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered 2, choose 2 and a slice of berries and cream cheesecake. Waited about 20 MIN in a DEAD store. Both sandwiches COLD soup COLD side of mac and cheese is SOUP. Cheesecake was the texture of a rubber band and when mentioned to staff they laughed rolled their eyes and sat back down with their boyfriend. This store had 1 other 2 person party eating and the girls boyfriend.
