My fiancé and I went for the first time the other day & our only complaint was not coming sooner. The customer service was great. Rae and her team were so friendly and quick with getting orders out. She was able to give us suggestions just by asking our dinner preferences. Everything we tried was amazing! We will definitely return in the future!

She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to recommend the Spicy Southwest Chicken and it did not disappoint. It was amazing and quickly became one of my favorites. Great food and exceptional service like this are why I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is my very first time eating at a Mcalisters! I think I have a new favorite place to eat.
It was fairly busy when I went to eat and it was only around 2:30 pm. But this is still super new in Victoria so everyone is checking it out. Took me a while to get my food but however there were lots of people there!
The food is really good! I got the sweet and smoky chicken sandwich full size with a broccoli and cheese soup. Both tasted amazing the sandwich is my new favorite. The sauce is super tasty and the bread isn’t stiff or hard it’s soft and delicious. They give you a large sweet tea. The tea is sweet but not overly so.
I also got one of their brownies to go. They’re very good.
Only gripe is the cost. For my order I payed $20. But it tastes really good so I guess it’s worth it.
Definitely try this place it has a large menu to choose from and the food is tasty.

Not going to lie their sandwiches, salads and soups are pretty good BUT not all the time. It’s hit or miss. I ordered a salad today, it was missing cheese, croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers and the cookie. I got almost expired salad and left over tad bit’s of turkey. I mean I got it for free with the coupon but come on, on top of that I waited about 8 minutes for anyone to come to the window to see what I needed. Please enjoy what you do, we don’t need this to be the next taco bueno or whatever it was called. Managers…. Manage!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve never been so distasteful towards employees until today. I pulled up to the “drive thru” window and I had two employees purposely ignore me for 3 minutes. The girl looked me in my eyes and gave the stankest look and the boy was just walking around pretending to be busy. I had a question regarding drive thru and if it’s I longer a drive thru, CLOSE THE LANE SO CARS CANT COME THROUGH. Some things are common sense people. I won’t give this place another penny of mine.

I haven’t seen an eatery that clean in a while, especially the bathroom. From what I saw, the bathroom was spotless as well as the main eating area. The customer service was stellar as well they had a smile on their face the whole time and helped me and my group out. I definitely plan on eating there again.

Wife had the turkey and avocado on whole wheat with a side of tomatos and cucumbers.
