You know I have lived in the area for years. I’ve even seen this building get built. But I have never came here until now. Wide selection of deli sandwiches, staff is very friendly, service is great, and I love the atmosphere. The only con I would bring up, there seems to be confusion on where the line begins. Customers seem to cut off over customers. Between customers waiting in line from the front door to the customers who want a refill. But other than that, you should definitely try this place and don’t want forever like I did!

Went in today and Latousha was so positive and helpful. We had kiddos and were changing orders and making substitutes. She did it all with a smile and made us laugh. These days you don’t always find people who are upbeat and encouraging! She made the experience fun.

This was my first time at a McAlister’s. After this experience, we will definitely be back. Grace greeted us with a smile and was so friendly and helpful as we tried to decide. We ate half of our sandwich driving home, and enjoyed them very much. I love crispy bacon! Thanks for a great experience.

This place is always hit or miss. Some days service is great, some days it’s pretty bad. The cashier the other day was distracted and appeared she had better things to do. When I say we never complain (still didn’t) and I was thrown off by the interaction, it was bad. Thankfully the food makes up for it most of the time.

I LOVE LEAVING A GOOD WELL EARNED REVIEW. Not just on this occasion but an another occasion . I have visited this store and received a warm welcome . The first time was the opening manager with long hair (AA woman ) . She took care of me and now Latousha. Bathrooms cleaned , food prepared to order , customer service is not a micro aggressive transactional exchange. Shout to to Simone as well for doing her walk through out the diner . As a former part time manager for a similar business you guys would have made my life and shift so easy . Give this location a try and talk to Tousha( Tasha).

Nice, clean restaurant. Conveniently located and east to find. The service was good and the restaurant had a steady flow of customers. Good was well made. The pick two options was reasonably priced and the portions was delicious and filling.
Would have given 5 stars but for the dirty plates. Would’ve preferred paper packaging or recyclable plates.
Parking was plenty and accessing the plaza was simple.

Staff was nice i suppose chips were stale and we had to ask twice for our extra chips food was honestly kinda nasty but atleast it was edible. The staff had this obviously fake nice attitude. Don’t recommend at all.

Came in to try a yummy salad. After carefully examining the menu I ended up with the pecan berry salad. It was delicious!!!!!
I did cut sugar out of my diet and didn’t realize it had candied pecans (didn’t eat those) not sure if they could be replaced with normal pecans but regardless it was delicious!!! The next day I came in to get the southwest chicken and avocado salad. So yummyyyyyy. Can’t wait to try them all
