My fiance and I had dinner tonight and the experience was AMAZING. The customer service was exceptional from the register to the young ladies checking on our table. I had a small issue with my sandwich and the manager saw my face when I bit into my sandwich and immediately fixed the issue. The managers were very helpful to the employees as well as giving them words of encouragement. We will be adding this to our small list of date night spots.

This is my second visit ever to this extraordinary franchise. This time to here in Waco. My first McAlister’s Deli experience was in Webster, Texas.
I really liked the taste of their country potato soup. It is savory. Or their Reuben sandwiches, which I would imagine the Reuben should taste like, with the taste to be as similar as in an original delicatessen in New York City. Right down to the sauerkraut and marble bread.
We chose their Pick any two offering for under $10. My choice was the cup of potato soup with half a Reuben sandwich.
My dream locatian next restaurant, as for McAllister’s, should be in the Baytown, Texas area.

We really enjoy eating at McAlister’s and the location was as good as any of the others. Although the chili was not as thick as it should have been. They must be trying to stretch it a bit.
