We were passing through Paris and decided to stop at McAllisters there. I hardly ever take in my purse but I did that day and promptly left it and drove away. About two hours + later and closer to Tulsa (home) I realized I’d left it. I called and they had it. I spoke with the manager Christian who told me he’d send it by mail. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to turn around or drive back the next day. Sure enough it arrived today with everything still in it! Christian was not only helpful but very polite. You are fortunate to have him on your managerial staff. He’s worthy of your trust.

Cashier girl walks past the register 4-5 times without even looking in your direction or acknowledging you. After a few minutes of this, and after watching the guys back in the kitchen horseplaying with the girl back there, made me realize I didn’t really need my Italian sandwich that bad. And I really wanted one.

Potatoes are unsurpassable. The salads? Let’s talk. Anyone can plop some crisp greens and fresh, chopped veg on a plate but to be restaurant quality, the dressings have to kick. Food service bottled slop doesn’t cut it, especially for $10+ salads. Better options elsewhere (nod to Sandwiches etc.)

I ordered a whole sandwich and a whole potato for lunch around 12:25 with a projected pick up time of 12:36. I got there around 12:38 and ended up waiting until 12:55 for my order to be ready. That wouldn’t be that big of a deal except when I opened the bag when I got home. I realized I had been given a half a spud (with no chicken on my chicken bacon ranch spud) and my wife’s sandwich and Mac n cheese were cold. Any one of those things and I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review. But all of them together, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

This review has more to do with your app. I was going to order and saw a service fee on the price. It said this fee was to maintain the stores app and website. That is ridiculous. You are going to charge me to order from your app? I will gladly order from somewhere else unless I am going in person.
