Our family favorite for a quality sandwich! We visited the Frisco location with our two grandkids and had another excellent experience. Peyton took our order—she was so courteous and efficient. Our food arrived promptly, perfectly prepared and at just the right temperature. A big thank you to Peyton and the team for going the extra mile to make our meal enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back with more family and friends!

100% terrible bad service at this location. at 6pm today this young boy don’t know how speak to customers properly and didn’t know how to operate a cash register. I asked for grilled chicken club and make sure they cut the sandwich in half. found out my sandwich was cut up in small little bites. I was really upset, I asked the manager can they remake it and cut it in half. She refused not to and start helping someone else.
I wasted $15 on a sandwich that wasn’t fixed correctly and been treated like dirt. I wouldn’t recommend myself to come back here. This issue happened Wednesday 3/4 at 6pm.

I had the most horrible experience at this location. We came to eat lunch and ordered a King Club and a choose two. The King Club was not toasted and when we brought it to the attention of the manager on duty he tried to touch the sandwich and explained that it was toasted. There is not a brown toast mark in the sandwich. I then witnessed the same manager wipe his nose with his hand and then open my cartons for sandwich and potato and package. He did not wash his hands afterwards once brought to his attention. I immediately asked for a refund as this lack of quality and cleanliness was enough to make me not want a remake or be a purveyor of this location. I want someone to reach out to me directly as I’m not sure that he processed the refund for both orders.
Update: I did receive outreach from the regional manager who addressed my concerns and processed my refund. Thank you for following up on my concerns.

Cannot say enough great things about this location and Patrick the catering manager. I put in a last minute order due to the original option cancelling on me at 6:30 AM the day I needed to pick up an order at 11:15 AM. With just 4 hours notice, I had placed an order at this location and called to verify it was received. Patrick got on the phone with me and said it could absolutely be done. I show up at 11 and throw ANOTHER curve ball at them, needing to add more to the order due to last minute RSVPs. Without hesitation they said not a problem at all, we will get that made quickly for you. Super accommodating AND kind, completed everything with a smile on their faces!! Highly recommend!!!

The manager is always so positive and incredibly helpful. You can really feel the care they put into the space. I love the atmosphere – it’s warm, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for cold weather. Always a great experience coming here.

We ordered a couple of Reubens and a brownie. The Reubens were ok but dry, no dressing at all. The brownie was stale, to be fair it was probably not baked at this location but still keep things fresh. Very disappointing considering we’ve been to other locations that were very good.

This is a very nice restaurant to bring the family. I usually get the “Choose two” and I get a salad and a sandwich. I got this time a French dip. It’s really good since it’s not very salty. You can get a 6 inch or a 12 inch. The owner or main manager is very friendly. The place is kept clean too

My daughter got the pick 2 with fruit. Her grapes were so spoiled she spit them out. The 2 she didn’t eat upon inspection had mold on them. Told me it left a very bad taste in her mouth. If you offer fruit you need to check it for mold. My sandwich didn’t taste very good. The corned beef was hardly heated. The Caesar salad had a strong fish taste. I know most Caesar dressings have anchovies so I’m assuming it’s that. Not sure if you make the dressing in house. If you do it definitely needs to be mixed better.

I ordered an Italian sandwich last night from this store from Uber Eats. The potato salad and the red beans and rice were great but the sandwich was absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever had in my life. It tasted old, freezer burned, soggy and if you were to imagine what old mop water taste like…this was it. I took one bite and had to spit it out because I was afraid of the sickness I would get from it if I swallowed.
I will never eat at another McAllisters. I used to really like their food but the poor quality food seems to be trending with this franchise.
