I ordered a honey bbq pork spud which per your menu is pulled pork, cheese, honey bbq sauce, and onion.
I ordered it without onion
When I got it it had honey mustard, cheese, pork, bacon.
I took it up to the counter and spoke to Johnathan and let him know the sauce on it was honey mustard not honey bbq and he let me know I was wrong. It didn’t even look like bbq sauce. It was like a yellow/orange. I’ve had the honey bbq sandwhich half a dozen times there and it’s always a sweet brown sauce.
I also let him know it has bacon on it and I don’t want bacon and the menu doesn’t even list it with bacon
He reluctantly took it back and remade it and the next round had the correct sauce on it but no meat.
I don’t appreciate being told I’m wrong when you can clearly see and taste the difference in the sauce and obviously it was wrong since the next one had the correct sauce on it and looked completely different (like bbq not honey mustard.)
It truly wasn’t a big deal in the beginning to just correct it and move on. But it’s just absurd to tell me I’m wrong and then make it again and it be wrong again. Almost like it was purposely wrong.
Johnathan maybe in the wrong field of work if he can’t handle a customer pointing out a mistake and handling it appropriately.

First and last time going to McAllisters. Gave me the wrong food and of course didn’t notice till I got to my location so I had to go back. Of course they almost acted like it was my fault. Once they remade it, very lackluster. It was ok at best. Never been there before didn’t know what to expect but $14 for a crap sandwich, tiny bag of chips and a sour sweet tea i threw out is a joke. I’ll never go back thats for sure.

We had just finished a couple of very good sandwiches and were headed out the door with our drinks in hand. The attentive young lady behind the counter asked “Would you all like to have those refilled before you leave?” That was Lucy.
I have dined at several of the McAlister’s Delis around Tulsa. This one is my favorite. I have never had bad food or a bad service here. What I especially like about McAlister’s Deli is the variety/options on the menu and not having to eat my sandwich from a paper lined plastic tray. Today was the Memphian, a big thick, warmed meaty sandwich. I ordered the tomato and cucumber salad as the side. A fresh delicious healthy side. My wife had the Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey and a side of Potato Salad. The service was prompt and friendly. Clean, comfortable, restaurant.
When a business puts the right person in the right position it makes a noticeable difference. Today, Lucy was working the cash register taking orders. A friendly, welcoming, young lady who made a very positive impression, setting the tone for our pleasant dining experience.

I usually love this location, as it’s my local location so usually the one I come to. This time I was greeted by Melisa and she was extremely rude. I understand it was during a lunch rush and she was probably overwhelmed, but as someone who was in the service industry for 10 years, it’s not an excuse. Probably should have someone else customer facing if they can’t handle the rush just from standing behind the counter, taking orders and filling drinks.
