Cheryl and Lynn were an absolute delight. They both made our ordering experience quick, entertaining and enjoyable. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. The dining area was clean and tidy. This is one of the worst McAlister’s I’ve ever visited. Ordered curbside that said I could pick it up at 1:45. Pulled up and the link wouldn’t let me click “I’m Here” as it had been instructed I do. I waited a bit thinking it would soon. I thought maybe they hadn’t put in the computer that my order was ready. After waiting 15 minutes (now 2pm) I headed inside to show the cashier my dead button for pickup. She grunted, didn’t even look at me and went around the corner to grab my food that had been just sitting there. She didn’t apologize, didn’t explain why this had happened at all. She just proceeded to pour the weakest and most barely sweetened of teas for me and handed it all over. To add insult to injury the peach syrup pump was running low and I barely got one full pump of syrup for my tea. So sad! I won’t be giving this location another chance.
My daughter (whose meal I was buying) said her Club sandwich was great but her Mac and cheese was cold and tasteless.
What’s the point of curbside if I have to go in anyway? Also why hire people that clearly don’t want to work there?
Thank goodness this isn’t my local McAlister’s.

I must take a moment to recognize Cheryl at McAlister’s Deli — she is absolutely phenomenal.
From the second you walk up to the counter, Cheryl makes you feel genuinely welcome. She doesn’t just “take your order” — she engages with you, listens carefully, and makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.
And the tea? Perfect. Every. Single. Time. Whether it’s sweet tea, unsweet, or a specialty blend, Cheryl makes it with consistency and care. It’s clear she pays attention to the details, and that level of quality really stands out.

Jared was the STAR of the show while there is a full lobby of customers kitchen is killing it with amazing food hot and very tasty. Jared took the time to make my son happy and got him strawberries and pineapples I mean y’all had a whole lobby of people and how fast my food came I’m impressed. I had the Southwest Chicken and Avocado salad, and my wife had the Savanna Salad. They were both wonderfully delicious and the price was right. These salads provide a lot of food for the money. Mcalister’s does everything just right. The service was great, too!

Late evening visit. Food was pretty good. Baked potato/spud was a bit dry. Additional sour cream provided on request. Staff was friendly.
Closing procedures during last hour. Makes sense.

Excellent customer service and quick turnaround on food. There’s plenty of seating and parking. The staff always has great rapport and shows they care. If you don’t like what you ordered, they really want to make it right for you. They have the Best sweet tea, and the grilled chicken sandwich is consistently good. We prefer it on a baguette and for $3 you can add another half. The potato salad is more bland the last few months, than it used to be. Veggie chili tastes straight out of a can, but veggie sandwich is tasty. The veggies and avocado are always fresh, and bread is crisp, but all sandwiches are better if you add Extra honey mustard. (IMO) They have a day each year that is national tea day and you can get a free large tea, and if you sign up for the app, you get discounts and freebies sometimes.

FOR ANYONE WHO READS REVIEWS, DON’T GO TO THIS MCALISTERS! READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND THEY ARE CONSISTENT WITH LACK OF MEAT! I ordered the half chicken sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup for lunch. I had scheduled it to be ready at 11:15, when I got there at 11:20, the reciept was showing it was made at 11:05, so my food was nice and cold. When I got back to work, I was also surprised to see there was barely any chicken! The tomato slice was larger! Waste of money!
