Absolutely LOVE this place since it opened. Everything I’ve had here has been outstanding, and today I tried one of their salads, and their chili lime vinaigrette? AMAZING. And they give you TWO dressings cups instead of one like most other places. Was absolutely perfect! 10/10

It’s new, clean, and fast for a busy a they are.
The sweet tea is really good. Drinks are a little expensive though.
The chicken salad and French dip sandwiches were definitely a “I will order again”.

Have eaten here twice since it opened and I’m more than impressed! Both times I’ve gotten the McAlister’s club and cheddar broccoli soup, and both times it was perfect! I love the small details like wrapping my soup so it doesn’t spill and making my drink fresh at the window. Staff was super friendly as well! Definitely my go to from now on!

My wife is gluten-free and she ordered a sandwich on GF bread. We paid and sit down a few minutes later they said they were out of the bread. If there out of a product is shouldn’t ring up. Not happy with this.

Went and purchased a spud max, chicken tortilla soup, and a french dip sandwich. All the food was good. The wait time was good and at the anticipated duration. All the employees were kind and professional. I would highly recommend trying it out. If time is an issue, calling in an order is a good thing to do. You can always dine in with a to-go box.

I usually love McAlister’s however, the new restaurant in Mountain Home needs some work.
I ordered 1/2 a sandwich and 1/2 a salad. I had to tell the person taking my order 3 times that I wanted the dressing on the side. She didn’t key it into the system correctly and I had to request my dressing 2 more times with the person who delivered my food before I was told “oh we don’t have that kind of dressing” then she just stood there looking at me. I had to ask her what other kinds of dressing she had before she seemed to know what to do.
The sandwich was great. The salad however, had about 1/3 rotten lettuce. When I tried to let the manager know about this – thinking new restaurant new staff she probable hasn’t gone over this with the staff yet. I was told “the lettuce is in a really big container” and a look that said I was wasting her time. I’ve worked in restaurants you turn over your produce in a scheduled manner so this doesn’t happen. Even if you don’t the answer should have been “thank you for letting me know I’ll go check the lettuce right now” I guess I won’t go back until they get their act together. Such a shame its are really nice facility.

He had 3 potatoes and they were burnt old and cold! I probably have cooked more potatoes than everyone put together that works at McAlister’s. If a baked poratoe is an hour old discard it. Always serve Fresh Potatoes!!! The two sandwiches we had were good, not excellent but good. I would like to try again but the potatoes better be fresh or I am going back to get a fresh one. Do better.

Food was delicious and had prompt service! The workers were quick to respond. Overall a very enjoyable experience!
As a side note, I currently have a stomach ulcer, and they worked with me, and went the extra mile to find something to eat that wouldn’t hurt my stomach. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I watched the General Manager scream profanity to another customer because she didn’t want to fix what was wrong. I was out on a date for the first time since having a baby and it just made my whole experience a disaster. My lettuce was old and soggy and I just won’t be back. This place isn’t new anymore so they can’t keep using the excuse as it being a hiccup. Get someone in there who cares or this place will be condone in the next couple years.

A restaurant that is trying to bridge finer dining and fast food. The melange doesn’t work. Food is ordered at the counter and brought to the table. The ordering process was slow and difficult to understand. I got a Cuban Sandwich and a side, but was charged an extra $1.49 because I ordered fruit rather than potato salad or bag of chips. The meat was generous, but far from tangy and the yellow mustard made it like no Cuban sandwich I ever ate. The building was crowded and the noise level was high. It was hard to understand my companion Debbie across the table. Finally, the meal was more expensive than fast food and not to my taste. Debbie liked her club sandwich.
