Horrible place. I can’t believe they call themselves a business. We are stuck at home with Covid so we had to order online. We used to love this place, not anymore. When the food got to us we realized it’s not what we ordered. We spoke with some lady up there. She wasn’t very helpful at all. All we wanted was another sandwich that we ordered brought back to us. Then we ask TAMMY. Who portrays herself to being the District Manager for a refund of the sandwich and she states she can’t refund us because we already ate the sandwich, well Tammy, we hadn’t eaten the sandwich because it looked disgusting. So we paid $53 for this crap food and were treated like crap. Pretty sure the owner doesn’t care. You just lost a customer.

If you’re in the North Little Rock area and looking for a place that serves up fresh food with even better service, look no further than McAlister’s Deli. This location truly stands out—not just for the quality of their menu, but for the exceptional experience they provide every time you walk in the door.
One thing I especially appreciate is their military discount—a small gesture that goes a long way in showing appreciation for service members. It’s always nice when a business recognizes those who serve, and McAlister’s does it with genuine respect.
Service here is lightning fast, whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go. But what really makes this spot shine is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient, but a special shout-out goes to Kennedy—she’s an absolute gem. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she always makes you feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find someone who brings so much energy and warmth to their job, and Kennedy consistently goes above and beyond.
Parking is easy and accessible, which is always a bonus, and the atmosphere inside is clean, inviting, and comfortable—perfect for a quick lunch or a casual meetup.
Highly recommend stopping by. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, the team here—especially Kennedy—will make sure you leave with a smile.

I guess they’re out of grilled chicken!! I ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. It wasn’t the same as the Searcy location, this is scraps of chicken, not strips. I am angry enough to scream. I am so sick of spending my money for sub par food…. This is ridiculous and makes no sense to play with people’s money and food.

Okay, I’ll admit I’m so confused by this establishment. Upon entering at 1030am, you would be led to believe that this place has absolutely given up. At 1030am, they are just opening their doors for the start of the day, so why are the floors dirty and the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. When I say disgusting I mean I’ve been in gas station bathrooms cleaner than theirs. The only conclusion I can come to is that they put all their energy into food prep and awesomeness because the cashier is definitely a part of the living dead (Zero energy and hospitality). I want to recommend this place but they are making it really hard. If you are craving McAlister’s Deli just order take-out and skip the dine-in experience. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

My husband ordered the grilled chicken sand which.. when it was brought out, it was so incredibly small and sad looking that we even asked if they accidentally gave him a kids meal by mistake.. They said it was full size. My Chef salad had hardly any meat on it as well. We don’t be back to this location… Not to mention it was 12$ for this sandwich that probably wouldn’t fill up a toddler.

The girl who took my order was not details about my order. She never gave options; she just pointed to the menu. I will not return, nor will I suggest this place to others. The bathroom had hair in the sink. The food was not worth the price. I ordered the cloud sandwich with a grilled chicken salad. The only thing I can say is that it was very quiet.

They are a bit pricey- $10 for a medium sized chicken ceasar salad, but it was really good. No complaints. They even have actual salt and pepper grinders. And to boot, I got to listen to Milli Vanilli while enjoying my meal! Blame it on the rain yeah yeah!

Normally, I wouldn’t even think about eating lunch on a patio during mid August in Arkansas, but when the heat and humidity decide to give you a little break… you got to seize the moment. The patio at McAlister’s was very pleasant and being outside added to our overall experience. Good food and friendly service.
