Why are y’all even open with only one person here? Waited 2 minutes just to see someones here. 2:20 came in to grab a tea. In a hurry. Lady saw me but instead of coming to take my order she kept drinking her drink and doing something on her phone. Then she says she’ll be right with me. Started making food. 2:34 she repeated she’ll be right with me again. Continued to just keep making food. Thought of just coming in again after my fiance goes to the bathroom or after we charge the car but then I’d probably just restart the waiting process again. Just need a quick drink since we’ve been traveling nonstop. This is ridiculous. Feel like I should be getting paid for this wait now at this point. Just seeing how much time is being wasted now. 2:43 till I could the tea. Wanted light ice but she had it made handing it to me before she could even take the payment. Ended up getting a full cup of ice. Twenty three minutes to get a cup of tea with hardly any tea in in. How are y’all in business? Open teas with dusty light bulbs hanging over them.

Did a late lunch during holiday shopping. Their Angus half sandwich and garden salad was delightful. The better half said their potato soup was very good as well. Service is always great everytime we’ve been in.

Selected McAlister’s for lunch. Waited on very quickly. Waited 45 minutes for our order Never came had to ask where our order was twice. Was informed that it was coming it was never served. asked For a refund and left. Other customers place their order after ours and we’re served.

Been trying to give this place a chance for the past few years but this location consistently disappoints. They’ve either never had spud’s or had a “wait” on them that was far too long. Today visited and wanted a spud and salad. Surprise, no spud. So ordered a club and caesar salad. The club was decent but it had the mushiest tomato ever on it. The lettuce on the salad was completely yellow- terrible. Even the dill pickle that came on the side was yellow. Not even sure how that’s possible. Also, my wife wanted more honey mustard and they charged her $1.50 for it. Rip off, never again. If you want McAlister’s just go to the next town over.

It was 4:45 when we ordered and 15 minutes later we were told that they were out of chips for the nachos we ordered!! When we first walked up to the counter the one girl working the counter never spoke to us but continued to work on an order she was getting out to the window. Horrible service and unfriendly service!!! Burned bread on my club sandwich!!

I normally don’t review anything. The service here was so absolutely awful. The cashier was ignoring everyone. No acknowledgement or anything. Had I not ordered online, I wouldn’t have been served. It was terrible. The workers were cussing, on their phones instead of working. The food tasted odd. My son didn’t even eat his soup because he said it tasted so bad. My macaroni cup barely had anything. If I could’ve gotten a hold of the cashier, I would’ve asked for a refund. The owner should be absolutely ashamed that this is how their business is being ran.

I have made several online orders and each time something is missing that I added. Example: I added red onion and avocado($2.50 extra) to my club sandwich. Every time they are missing. Today, I figured I’d give it another shot and did an online order and added red onion and avocado to my club sandwich. The avocado was there but the red onion was missing, AGAIN. When I bit into the sandwich I noticed there was something I could not chew. They had left the paper from the ham in the sandwich!! I will never eat there again because people just don’t care and throw everything together. The sandwich was just sloppy!

I went mid afternoon to pick up an online order. There was one person working. I understand it being slow but I don’t understand having just 1 person to do everything. Service was slow but the food was good. Still, a great sandwich place. Give them a try.

Stopped by this afternoon at 4pm. There was no customer in the restaurant. There was an employee in the back putting food in the containers. I hollered at her to get her attention for order since I was there for almost minutes. She finally looked up at me and went back to her chore
