I was craving a salad and soup, and this was the perfect place.
I got the try 2 combo and got the southwestern salad and broccoli cheddar soup with a baguette. It was so good!!
The staff were friendly, namely the woman who helped make the suggestion to get the baguette buttered and toasted. *chefs kiss*
I brought my partner and our friend, both of whom had never been before, and they really enjoyed the food too.

I had a decent experience at this McAlister’s location. The food itself is okay and the sandwiches are fresh. The French onion had quite a bit of FAT. My husband barely finished 1/3 of the sandwich. I also noticed that the establishment was very clean, which I really appreciated.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is the value. The prices feel quite high for what you actually receive in terms of portion size, especially when you factor in a side and a drink. We probably won’t be back because of the prices. I imagine prices are dictated by corporate, but still…it’s not cheap. Two sandwiches, a premium side, and a coke were about $33…bit insane to us.

So disappointed in our service at the McAllister‘s on Saturday night, we drove over so that we could order some potatoes and dinner and was told at the counter that they didn’t have enough potatoes for people who walked in as well as for DoorDash. what the heck??? the lady told us that if we had used Door Dash we could get a potato but since we drove over and was going to eat in the restaurant we could not because they didn’t have enough for both.absolutely outrageous. Please explain how a customer who is coming to the restaurant shouldn’t get served. we left without getting anything and will not return. This is horrible because we really love this restaurant..

Started off as a bad experience with having 3 employees at the counter and not even one of them greet us until I said something about who is going to take our order. Then the people who ordered after us got their food delivered before my daughter & I. BUT the manager Madelyn came over to our table and apologized and gave us a comp card. Thank you for addressing the situation. Great manager!!

Never fails you go somewhere, pay $30 for food, and you come back to your office to find it’s not right. staff had every opportunity to make sure it was right but they were more worried about putting napkins and chips in storage than making sure orders are right. Took so long for a sandwich and potato order.

Today two women held up the ENTIRE LINE with outlandish requests and nitpicking trying to scam them out of every nickel they could. The entire staff was patient and specifically the woman that dealt with these two for more than 25 minutes! I applaud her for her patience as I am a server and I’m not sure I could’ve kept my cool! Round of applause for this staff!!

Had McAlister’s cater a large luncheon at my office today…we couldn’t be more thrilled!! The catering coordinator did an amazing job setting up – was quick and efficient too! ALL of the sandwiches and chips were a HIT!! Would use again – for sure! Keep up the good work, guys!!
