I’ve been to many McAllister’s around the country. This one was pretty typical as far as the food goes. It was tasty and presented well. It wasnt sloppy or careless. They definitely meet the standards in cleanliness and consistent food taste. This one however had exceptional service. The interactions with the staff were great. They were super friendly and personable. I could have hangout with the young man who took my order. So if you are a fan of McAllisters you certainly won’t be disappointed. The staff here are exceptional.

These pictures do not do the food size justice. Unlike Panera I don’t feel ripped off and hungry when I leave McAllister’s. The sandwiches and spuds are huge and definitely worth it!

New place off primrose in Springfield Mo. Food left everywhere on tables, trash filled up to the rim, smelled bad after sitting and realizing how unclean it was. Food was already ordered after I realized how unclean the facility was. Took a good while to get food. There was only 2 people in the entire place and 3 others walked in 20 minutes after us. I used to work in food service, we wont be returning or recommend this location.

Great experience! After having a longer wait we discovered that there was a wait for baked potatoes due to online orders. Manager Cindy heard our concerns and immediately checked on our order and we received our food 5 minutes later. She also gave us 2 comped meals for the future. Made the wait 100% worth it, delicious!

This McAlister’s will not read customizations. I am tired of constantly paying (outrageous amounts) for extra ingredients only AND TIPPING trying to get them to give me the extra ingredients I pay for, only to receive a potato with next to nothing on it. A huge potato nearly naked. I highly encourage the sunshine location where they read customizations as this has happened nearly a dozen times. I honestly think the employees here have no idea to even be checking customizations considering how often it has happened. But that’s on me for continuing to try and wasting good money.

This is my husband and my go to place every weekend for lunch. The staff treat us as family and everyone there has been great, kind and professional. I have seen them work very hard to get the food out especially when they have a bus load of high school kids! The food is fantastic, and we’ve had several different meals there. This location is awesome and will always be our favorite.

Thanks to the cashier tonight, for getting my order speedy and ready even though i didn’t fulfill the app on the order, and it was my fault. Very friendly service and made sure that my kid got a cookie with his order. I don’t remember’s name was a cashier number 4

Negative experience today. I placed an online order. I waited in line at the restaurant to pick it up, then received my order and went home. Upon looking at the order, it was completely wrong – I had received someone else’s order inside my bag. I had to go back to the restaurant, wait in line again (line was to the door this time), and when I made it to the front, the staff took my wrong order and gave me my corrected order, which was sitting on the counter since they had already realized they messed it up and remade it. Staff did not acknowledge or apologize for their mistake, nor the inconvenience it caused having to come to the restuarant twice and wait in line both times.

Unfortunately I had a pretty terrible experience today. It has been a long time since I have eaten at McAllister’s and today reminded me why. The menu item i wad craving was discontinued. Ok got it menus change. So I ordered the Cuban as an alternative. I ordered at 12:01 at 12:17 they brought me half the sandwich I ordered. And to think I gave them a tip upfront, my mistake. A few minutes later I get my plate delivered with my full order. By now my sandwich is cold and mediocre at best. Very disappointing for a fast food lunch meal that costs over $20!
