McAlisters is one of my favorite restraints and i always get the full 12” spicy turkey sandwich. i went to this location for the first time and ordered my usual 12” sandwich and when it was brought out to me it was a 6” sandwich. i said something to who brought it out and they got a very pissy attitude and tried to tell me that’s the full sandwich. i get this multiple times a month from another location and i always get a full 12” sub that’s cut in half. they served me a 6” with a clear cut down where the middle of a 12” would be. they charged me for the more expensive sandwich then tried to gaslight me into saying a 6” was the full sandwich. it clearly stated on the menu the full is a 12”. the lady was rude, condescending and refused to ring me up for a 6” instead. this is insane way to treat a customer. if it wouldn’t have had the size on the menu maybe you could have told me that was a full sandwich but it was TINY and barley even 6”. utterly dissapointed and you guy stole my money.

All around, a great experience!
My wife and I enjoyed some great deli sandwiches here. They looked to have a good menu and selection.
I got the French dip in the larger size, which far exceeded my expectation! It was absolutely delicious.
I honestly forgot what my wife got, but she liked it as well. The Mac and cheese was good, too!
Their desserts all looked good, but we opted out of trying them.
Overall, would definitely check it out!

I was impressed with the quality of food this restaurant offered. The ladies behind the counter were so polite and courteous! Highly recommend trying out this restaurant. I would give a five star if the restaurant is a little cleaner. We came twice; one at lunch time for a take out and one around 8:00pm for dine in. The second time we were here we found several napkins on the floor. I just wished it was a little cleaner. Overall it is a good place to try if you are in the Liberty, MO area.

My wife and I went for lunch on 10/7. The line was backed up to the door. Several customers were standing around the counter waiting for their orders. After 30 minutes in line, we decided to use the mobile app to order, hoping the food would be ready before we ordered it at the counter. The order stated it would be ready at 12:50pm which was 45 minutes after we had arrived at the restaurant. At 1:05 the couple that was directly behind us in line received their lunch at the table. We didn’t receive our order until 1:15 or an hour and 10 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant. The customers standing around the counter waiting, stated their orders were scheduled to be ready 40-50 minutes earlier than they received it. The staff was polite and apologetic with no apparent management presence to resolve the delays. My wife and I felt sorry that they were put in that situation.

Great food wayyyyy better than Panera. I ordered a spicy turkey, with potato soup everything was fresh, tasty, and good portion sizing. I would definitely eat here again. Perfect for a nice lunch. The staff is very friendly and also works fast.

I’ve never been here before and Lindsay was the cashier who was very helpful and walked me through the menu and even hand delivered my food to me instead of yelling my name. I love the customer service here and everybody in back seemed really friendly I’ll be coming back here again! Even during her shift she placed the order and kept cleaning the restaurant I love that in a restaurant!

Honestly, not super pleased with the club wrap. I came in for dinner last night and left wishing I went somewhere else for a dinner wrap. Near 70% of every bite I took was just tortilla, lettuce and cheese….so much cheese. While I was eating it I started asking myself if this wrap was supposed to come with sauce on it because I didn’t get a single bite with sauce; it was very dry and rough to get through. My last 3 bites I finally found the sauce! It tasted delicious but there needed to be more throughout. Overall, I have a hard time recommending this place when the food I received came out subpar. Maybe I came in on a bad work night, but first impressions left much to be desired. Brightside, the sweet tea is amazing! If you get anything from there, just get the sweet tea

This is a great sandwich/salad location that I would call a deli style restaurant. Believe it or not, we ate here two days in a row and the same items each time. My wife had the Pecan Berry Salad. The salad had fresh strawberries and blueberries, candied pecans, and grilled chicken, served with Fat-Free Raspberry-Pecan Vinaigrette dressing. She was kind enough to share some with me, and it was wonderful and large. I had a Roast Beef French Dip. Wow, what a sandwich. It was loaded with tender tasty roast beef and swiss cheese on a soft French bread roll. The au just was hot and very good. I ordered the 6 inch, and it was all I needed. I chose the Mac and Cheese as my side, and it was creamy and cheese, and I finished it before the sandwich it was so good. The first time I had chips, okay, but the Mac and Cheese was muxh better. I heartily recommend McAlister’s.

Relatively disappointing experience. Waited 15-20 minutes for our food in a 25% full eating area. Once it finally showed up it was cold, which makes for an underwhelming and rubbery Ruben experience. Two stars instead of one because at least the employee at the cash register said my 2 year old was cute. ♂️

The food was good. The utimate nachos, blt, turkey and bacon, and the Italian was really good. The salads we’re fresh, the unsweetened tea was brewed well and the strawberry lemonade has a nice fresh crisp taste.
