Our cashier’s name was liberty. She was super kind and let me build my sandwich piece by piece because nothing on the menu quite matched what I was in the mood for she was very patient. The manager was also super amazing!

Their food taste good but they all seem like that hate every second of their existence at this Mcalister and it shows their the presentation and quality of their food. This sandwich is a joke looks like they wadded it together in their hands before packing it. that the app automatically applies a tips when ordering to really not okay with that especially when this is what you are handed.

We ordered the pecan berry salad with chicken. They were out of chicken so substituted a tiny little bit of processed turkey meat. Then found out they were out of pecans. After requesting to speak to the manager twice, she did give us a refund. I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant I hope this isn’t a new trend

We have not been to a McAllister in years. My wife had a hankering for a Roast Beef sandwich, warmed up. We received a warmed Roast Beef on swirl rye bread just as ordered. Fast and accurate. Great tasting like we remember. Happy employees too.

My daughter and I are on a quest to find the perfect Reuben, McAllisters has already set the bar high with fresh rye bread, a generous amount of beautifully seasoned corned beef and topped with a decent Swiss. Even though we split the sandwich between the 2 of us, our hunger was satisfied. We ordered a leprechaun lemonade which was good, just slightly overpowering. I recommend and will be back!

My husband recently picked up food for me, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only was the staff noticeably rude, but I also ordered a veggie spud with cheese on the side and the cheese was delivered cold, solid, burned and had an unpleasant odor.
I’ve always enjoyed McAlister’s and my family has spent a great deal of money at this location over the years. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan to return and feel compelled to share this with others.

Broccoli cheddar cheese soup is delicious! Very cheesy. BLT was tasty with fresh avocado and lots of bacon.

I got a pick 2 BLT+A, and Potato soup with a drink of strawberry Black berry sweet tea. The service was quick, but it was fresh. Staff was friendly, and helpful. The food is absolutely divine, and McAlisters is one of my favorite places to eat.

I decided to create an online order through the app for the first time since I was on a time crunch between classes. I ordered The Veggie but substituted the 9-grain and replaced it with the baguette. I got the mac ‘n cheese even though it’s an additional $1.00, a chocolate chip cookie, & a half sweet/half unsweetened tea. Total was around $15 which is a bit pricey but I was treating myself on a busy day. Upon arriving at the establishment, they had a sign saying online orders were out in the back due to theft. This defeats the purpose of online ordering since I had to wait in a busy, long line for an extra 10 minutes to tell the cashier that I had a to-go order. Fortunately it was ready but I was thrown off by the wrapped sandwich instead of the previously standard sturdy box. I was worried the sandwich would be soggy, but thankfully it was not. However, they did not replace my bread substitute and they completely forgot about the pickle which I specifically checked the “add” box when ordering on the app. Not to mention, no option for adding or even paying for extra pickles. The crunchy pickle is one of the best parts of the meal so that was disappointing. The mac ‘n cheese is good although I’m not sure if it’s worth the extra $1.00, the cookie is nice and gooey so if you prefer overly cooked cookies this is definitely not the one for you. Half sweet and half unsweet tea is perfect, as the sweet tea by itself is overly sweet. Overall 3/5 stars because of the inconvenience, inconsistency, and forgetfulness. Good food just not enough attention to detail which you expect when paying $15 for a simple lunch.

I frequent this McAlisters often and I am an assistant Pastor in the area and I have 5 kids. We often take visitors out to eat and this was a place we would recommend and take visitors. We had a very poor experience. My family of 7 along with our visitor from Brazil showed up at 8:40. They were very displeased we were there and wanting to dine in and let us know that they close at 9. I kindly said I was aware of the time and we would eat quickly and go. After waiting for 15 minutes for our food they brought it out sacked up as if I ordered to go. The atmosphere became very horrible and so I decided to leave. Our food was subpar and we did not receive some of the items we requested. I will no longer recommend this McAllisters to anyone or return. Instead of beating around the bush they should have just asked if we were ok with taking it to go, but they did not. A picture of our sandwich below. After a 15 minute drive home it’s not warm and fresh anymore.
