I had such a great experience at McAlister’s! The atmosphere is welcoming, everything was clean and well organized, and the whole team was friendly and helpful.
Brooklyn especially stood out — she’s absolutely great. She’s kind, patient, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers she’s helping. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and her positive attitude really made a difference.
Highly recommend McAlister’s, and if Brooklyn is working, you’re in great hands!

The restaurant was clean and orderly with friendly staff. They no longer carry the previously offered bread bowls for soup orders but do offer bread and tortilla chips on the side. The chicken avocado salad was fantastic, but the chicken chili soup tasted like it was out of a can. I highly recommend the salads.

I have eaten here many times before and the food is always good. Yesterday, I ordered a variety of 35 lunches from the Grandview store and every thing was how I ordered it and it had each employees name on the bag. I was impressed. There were no errors. Many people told me how much they enjoyed their lunch and the portion size. Thank you to the manager and the staff for getting the order correct and the food was prepared with 5 stars in mind. I appreciate you!

I ordered a jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and got bread chips and very little meat. The size of the sandwich has gotten smaller but the price hasn’t changed. Didn’t get a chance to call to speak to a manager because they close at 9 pm.

Not one to ever write reviews, but finding not one, but two LARGE HAIRS in my sandwich compelled me to leave one today. Picked up take out. I’m a McAllisters frequent, but rarely this location. I will never return to this location. Had to throw the sandwich away. Do better, grandview crew.

Asking for a tip before I even received my subpar food is tacky!!!
Tables in the lobby were dirty.
Probably the worst Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had. The russian dressing was flavorless, and meat was just not prepared well. The texture was awful, and while it was a hefty amount, less is more, especially in this case.
The French Dip was good. I wouldn’t come back for it, though.
Staff were good for the 30 seconds of interaction that was had.
I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.

McAlister’s has a restaurant feel and great service. Very attentive wait staff. Nice environment. The wife has the chose 2 McAlister club and just a spud. I had the Ruben with steamed broccoli. Very tasty and great experience. Thanks guys.

I am not one to criticize service workers over a scanty mistake. I love McCallisters and am a long time customer. There’s a difference between a honest mistake and flat out laziness , that being said I am truly disgusted with my service tonight. Ordered a simple pick up dinner after a long 12 hour shift. All I wanted was a decently prepared chicken salad sandwich on sliced wheat(because I’m not a fan of croissants), with a scrumptious pickle. Seems reasonable, But NOOOO, not only did they swindle me out of my Gherkins, and a 10 cent slice of lemon for the Sweet Tea, it appears that my sandwich was either prepared by Lenny from Of Mice and Men or someone who’s morbidly obese used my Chicken Sandwich as a cushion. And I thought I was being nice for tipping 25% on a pick up. Do better please , on the bright side the Broccoli Cheddar was delicious as always . You guys owe me 2 pickles.
