The McAllister club sandwich itself was delicious but I was highly disappointed in my very little pickle on the side which happens to play a bid part in my sandwich.its like the icing on the cake guys lol .Next time do better cause I will be back;)

I visited the McAlister’s on Highway 67, and I have to say — everything was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome right away. The person who rang me up was very professional and had a great attitude — even though I didn’t catch their name, they truly stood out.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out just the way I ordered it. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The atmosphere was also really nice — clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Overall, this McAlister’s location deserves recognition for having such a great team and management. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. I’ll definitely be coming back

Exiting this place at night is scary as hell. Front doors are locked completely forcing you to cross the entire building to us side doors. That has to be against fire code to lock the front door during business hours. Will not ever return here after dark

Just craving a good salad. Tried the grilled chicken salad and it was wonderful. The chicken was seasoned so well and delicious. Love the Thousand Island dressing, too! I wonder if you can get a half portion of the same salad. I couldn’t eat it all.

Although we were the only customers, service was slow. The young man who took our order was friendly. However, he was scratching his head at the same time. He did wash his hands before bagging our order though which was great! I ordered the Rachel which is a Reuben with turkey instead of corned beef. The sandwich was good but there wasn’t much Sauerkraut. I also had Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup that was just okay; a little too tangy for my taste. The King Club was good. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was just okay also. The food seems expensive for what we received.

I am leaving this review because I typically speak very high of this location until recent. I had a horrible experience which started from a Mcalisters system issue that later turned into a poor communication issue that had me there for approximately an hour and leaving without my second order. The 2 employees that assisted me directly were friendly per usual but as I type this I’ve realized that anyone outside of the register doesnt care about customer service based on observation. This leads me to the part of the visit when one of the cooks were totally dismissive of what I was going through and loudly stated while being upset that ” it wasn’t their fault it was a system issue” after one of the nice employees attempted to do a good deed for my experience. Although I appreciated his efforts I always prefer good customer service over a free meal. That said I decided to report my experience, only because I feared the restaurant going down more. Quite too often people complain but don’t do anything to seek long term results. After reaching out via email I got a instant response from a regional manager who ultimately worded the email as if I was trying to get free items. That showed me why my experience was of what I mentioned. I firmly believe that our experiences, good and bad, are a result of training issues and the managers response was a clear example of the apple not falling far from the tree.

I went in there and asked for a half a sandwich and a half a spud, I ended up spending like 40 something dollars I didn’t understand until I got home that they charged me for a full spud and a full sandwich.. nbd … But when I went in and asked them to replace everything or this last time they didn’t have any spuds I said so OK give me a discount or something they were so m rude ?!! I’ll never be back… They can shove them sandwiches where the sun don’t shine

I just have to shout out to the manager that was on duty during the day Sept 22-(maybe he wasn’t the manager, but he was someone higher up). He brought my sandwich to my table and as soon as he set it down, I realized I forgot to order it gluten-free. He said don’t worry we can fix that for you. I said don’t worry about it, it was my fault.
Again he says it’s not a problem, again I said I’ll be fine, but he insisted he’d be happy to change it out. And he brought me back a sandwich made on gluten-free bread!
He went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!
And the gal at the counter who took our order was super friendly and kind. ( I don’t remember her name but she had orange in her braids).
That goes along way! So it was just a very good experience! Thank you!

Always clean, food made fresh, staff not always the friendliest, but we didnt come here to make friends so thats fine. Have never had a problem and we eat here frequently!
