It’s like a treat every time I come here! Their food is very good. I tried the caramel cookie and let me tell you, it is to die for! I also come in a lot for their sweet tea. It’s sooooo good and I’ve even gotten a tea pass so it’s a little around $9 with tax to get a cup of tea for a month. The staff goes above and beyond with their service. They are so kind and courteous. Sometimes I have issues with my rewards app, and they always patiently work with me to resolve the problem. The staff that come around and clean the tables are also very attentive, making for quality service! Very delightful

I went in 10 minutes before closing and did not get acknowledged by anyone. Yet the manager told a young lady to help take my order. I asked if they still had bake potatoes because I understood they were closing, so my expectation wasn’t to be mistreated at a place where I am spending my money. I would have preferred her to say no. The young lady in the back rolled her eyes at me as if I were bothering them. I do understand where they get their trying from because both their managers had poor customer service and the face that I paid for avocado and requested the cheese sauce to be on the side only to get what is pictured below. I did notice before I left that I didn’t have avocado. I did receive that before I left. After the manager rule cut the avocado with a plastic knife, put it in a container, they threw it across the window and said, “Now we are closed.” I know what it’s like to want to go home, and I’ve been there. I’ve stayed after an hour to help someone, although I had other things to do, and I would never mistreat or be unkind to them because it’s time to go.

We ordered a BLTA, and received a LTA. They forgot the bacon. We also received beans & rice, and it was a pasty mess. Not a good experience. We have about 2700 points on their app, but can never use them, as the always offer a 10% discount for our points. The prices are also out of line, in my opinion.

It was clean. They were incredibly slow. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than making sure the customers were taken care of. We ordered 1 kids meals of uncrustables peanut butter and jelly, a king club and a pecan berry salad and it took over 15 minutes to get. The food was the same quality as it is at all McAllister locations.

The best sweet tea around. Kids eat free on Tuesday and Sunday kids meals are healthy and baked potatoes you can eat as a meal there huge great selection of food and the staff is very friendly and helpful..

i got a steak and peppers sandwich with a side of potato salad and a pickle slice. The steak was overcooked and a bit chewy. The potato salad was tasty as was the pickle. The pickle slice was very small. The line moved quickly and the staff was friendly.

The app wouldn’t let us add reward codes or a gift card. None of our sandwiches came with the pickles we ordered. The food was tasty but my sandwich, the grilled chicken, looked like someone sat on it. One side was completely smashed. We ordered sea salt, bbq & salt and vinegar chips but we instead got 1 BBQ and 2 sea salt. There were at least 5 ppl inside but only 1 was really working.

McAlister’s is always good. They make nice sandwiches and my husband loves the tea. The service is almost always good and their restaurant is clean.
However, I hadn’t been to a McAlister’s in a while so I was a little surprised that their sandwich was pretty dry and didn’t have its usual flavor. Maybe it was just an off day.
Overall my experience was good and the sandwich was still delicious, but I did need some extra water to wash it down.
